The college maagement needs to improve a lot. The college is good but it would have been the best if the management was good.

Okay, I appeared for WBJEE which lead me to this college which I would never regret throughout my life. My score was 22976.

Internships Opportunities

No, the college doesn't provide the internships on their own. But still, the training and placement officer helps us to get internships personally.

Placement Experience

I actually don't wanna share any views on this. But honestly, they have pretty much in this section and are now unable to produce that much company to employ the maximum students. Still, some companies do come offerring 8k to 20k salaries where hardly 10% students get the employment from the college campus.

College Events

The college has always been a chilling part of every student's life. We have too many events occurring every year in the college. An education fair, freshers welcome ceremony, social annual event, sports between departments and years etc which makes the college an exciting place for students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The only thing I can bet over everything is the fees of our college. The lowest fees in the whole of West Bengal being nearly 30,000 INR per semester which I believe is the lowest. The best you can get from this college with the least expenses comparing to other colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, many minorities like SC/ST/OBC scholarships are provided by the government with the entire help of the college authority. As far as i know the college doesn't provide any loan.

Campus Life

Campus life is great in short. We love to go to college and attend classes as well as banking(an integral part of a student). No ragging is tolerated within the campus, which is strictly prohibited. We stay very closely without judging about anyone's cast, gender, religion.No politics in college. Extracurriculars are very much interesting though.

Exam Structure

The college follows the MAKAUT syllabus so there are two internal examinations of 30 marks each held each semester followed by a final examination of 70 marks per semester.

Admission

After I got the WBJEE results out I chose this college in my counseling list and got it. The normal legal procedure is followed as in every institution.I needed to pay only for the admission fees and no donation. And I got admitted. I didn't need to procure the form early, when we arrived they gave the form handy and just needed to fill it up.

Placement Experience:

From Third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like P360, EY, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Neutanix, BinaryWorks and few more visited our college for placements and mostly 15 to 20 offers were made Highest package was around 5 to 6 lpa 50% students were placed I am now preparing for govt jobs and side by side also applying for offcampuses. I have also given CUET for pursuing M. Tech

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

we are eligible for placement from 7 and 8 semester also their are many placement on thee intern companies. thier are total of 50 t0 60 companies that visits year which leads to very good placement percentage, in mining its above 90 percent. companies which come are infosys, microsoft, google , coal india, tcs, pwc etc. the higest pacage was 39 lacs by coal india. as mentioned above the placement is very good and almost everybranch placement is between 79 to 95 percentage of student which are placed, their are many mass recruiter if you didnt get the best pacakge you still have the chance to get a good package from the mass recruiter. my plan after degree is to advance in computer science even if i dont have the branch but i have the passion to do coding and become a web developer also i will try to get some more degree like mba and mtech and i will also try if i get selection to study abroad.

Students are eligible for campus placements from 7th sem. The names of comanies visited are TCS, Infosys, Capegimini,Tech mahindra etc. Some students Got 2 offer laters . Highest packages last year was 47 LPA (off Campus) 27LPA ( on campus). Average pakage was 5-6Lpa. The job role is Software Development. Percentage of Students Got placement is 92-95% In my Deoartment. Other is Around 70_90%. My plans to take placement from product based company.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
