Likes

The infrastructure of the college is quite well and also there were a canteen as well

Dislikes

Though the whole college was best but the only thing that I think is missing is the college tours for site visit as in my whole btech in CE I didn't get any chance to visit any construction site so I didn't like that

Course Curriculum Overview

As the CE provides us to grow in both the private and government sector and to join a Government sector with Engineer's post is like a dream comes true as from the starting I was curious about the buildings the structures and the construction field that's why I choose this branch

Placement Experience

As I belong from the CE department so the most of the companies which came to our college for the placements regarding the take the students from other branches more than CE Only 4-5 students get the opportunity of placements

Fees and Financial Aid

As I'm from J&k so I get the admission through a scheme named as pmsss the whole college fee was payed by them and also there were too many other scholarships options for girls as well as sc st categories students

As college fest was everyone's dream during their college days I also attended a college fest which was quite okay Okay it's not like the fest in other college like DU So, don't have to say more about this

Admission

As when I take the admission in my college that time was COVID time and I get the admission through online process for which I had to submit all the documents online and pay the fee by the bank so I didn't remember anything that was not easy in the admission process

Faculty

The faculties plays a vital role in the growth of a students academically as the teachers in my department were quite knowledgeable and best mentors . Also they were always there to help the students and also in the final year project we get the chance to gain knowledge in the field of CE practically which were only possible with the help of our teachers

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students are eligible for placement opportunities in on campus placement. The companies like vedanta,Infosys,TCS ,ATA Steel,etc.visited my college. The highest placement in my branch in previous year is about 12.5 LPA,and the average package in my branch is 6.5 LPA .approx 70-80 percent students are placed in my branch in on campus placement.

Good college, good life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food is a vast subject and people will not stop eating, so the scope of food technology is just amazing. The college has its own faculty for different subjects. This btech course is of 4 years ie 8 semesters. Each semester has midterms and final semester exams. Last semester is for an internship. Midterms are of 20 marks, practical of 30 marks and final semester theory exams of 50 marks, so passing the exam is damn easy. Regular classes with good faculties make this course easy.

Remarks:

The college is strict about it's attendance. You need to maintain 75% attendance. And taking about the studies there is a very studios environment in the college and the labs. The Students here not just focus on academics they also do some good extra activities.
