The course and curriculum of department of Microbiology is designed as based on cbc structure of ugc guidelines and that is designed according to students' future prospective the syllabus is not very tough and not very easy at a moderate level. All departments of the university need to be campus placement cells.

In the dspmu two types of courses are running one is regular that have very low academic fee they are running by the goverment of Jharkhand and another course type is self-financed like BBA, BSC-IT, MICROBIOLOGY, FISH AND FISHERIES and pg of the above-mentioned course Self-financed courses also have no very high academic fees like other private university

In india different types of festivals are practisized by diffrent communities and religion but in the university only Holi festival allowed by the administration of the university and some annual functions and conferences are organized time to time If talk about library, a library exist in university administration area with sitting capacity of maximum 50 students, there is no book available in the library respective to the any depatmental course for students but daily news paper is available No any type of facilities and technological provisions are provided by the library ! In the back side of old campus, a small playground is available but there is specific for the volleyball game!

Since establishment there has been no any entrance exam conducted by the university for admission in any department or any UG or pg courses all admissions and intake were based on basis of senior secondary examination that was a qualifying examination for admission There is very easy process for admission after the coming digital era all applications and admission process are done online through a convenient phone ! but from year 2024 dspmu is taking admission in some courses through the cuet UG/PG entrance examination conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) a very noticeable point is after cuet candidates have 25 % resukt in cuet can get admission in their choice course! Exams semester was conducted by the examination department of the university . Exams are on time. Exam session and timing are on time according to the session No need for any type of improvement in admission process

All faculties are very good highly qualified and experienced maximum faculties have jrf and they are persuing phD in the respective department !! specially in department of microbiology faculties are highly experienced and all students are satisfied with there teaching skills
