Review

The course structure is overall good but there are some changes that are needed according to me. They should add an internship for a semester at least for 2 months in the bachelorette program so that it can help the students during their higher studies and also students can gain some skills, knowledge, and industrial experience.

During our time Mahendra Tech came to our college and they provided us with a workshop under the Nandi Foundation and through that we used to get calls for internships and job opportunities from different companies. But overall it's not satisfying for the students.

Overall fee structure is affordable also they used to provide all sorts of government scholarships and also for good merit students and those who belong to lower income categories or lower castes. For the Sociology stream it used to be around 5500/- per semester. In scholarship, they used to give kanyasree, kanyasree 2.0, Vivekananda scholarship, etc.

The infrastructure overall is very good. They used to celebrate freshers and small occasions like Youth Day, Saraswati Puja, and Basanta Utsav, and also during winter they used to organize a fair and it's fully run by the students and during this time students' family member is also can come and visit this place.

In our time there is no such kind of entrance exam has been taken. Any higher secondary passed-out students with a minimum of 60% can avail of the courses here. The cut-off marks depend on the overall results and admissions. Online all the details related to admission are given and the results are also shown on their website. Only for the document verification physical appearance of the students is necessary.

Teachers are very approachable, especially the teachers are in the sociology department is very student-friendly. The learning experience was great in those 3 years. Teachers gives proper guidance and mentorship and that is very valuable and students understand the importance of it during the final semester exams.
