Improvement should be made in teaching and explaining academic concepts to students

It was near to my home so travelling time was very less,the other college which offered the MCA course required 2 hours og travelling.The college has a very good reputation for placements. Also it is a reputed college in the Mumbai suburbs. It had a good locality

The course curriculum is according to the syllabus set by the University of Mumbai as the institute is afflicted to a University of Mumbai. The MCA curriculum covers subjects like java computer networks Database management systems etc Two internal exams are conducted (20marks) later practical exams and later the sem end exam

Companies like Accenture, Infosys, Jhakaas technologies, Cimpress, Asian Paints, Delltech, justdial etc pay a visit every year stipend is from 1.5L-5L per annum depending on the company

The fees have to paid for the whole academic year ie for two semesters. The total fees for one year is about Rs 1,28,000 Since it is a 3 year course the total fees may amount to about 4 lakh rupees Fees cannot be paid in installments Students are fined if fees are not paid within due date

Scholarship is provided at the university level for economically backward students whose yearly family income is less than 6 lakh Scholarship is also provided for meritorious students at the institute level

College timings are from 9-5 so most of the day students are in college so automatically we become good friends Sports day is conducted only once in a year and it lasts for two days. 60:40 is the usual gender ratio. There is no bias on the basis of caste religion or language

Hostel facilities are quite good since it is in a expensive locality and heart of the city Most of the students are day scholars and do not use the hostel facilities The canteen food is reasonably good with nominal rates again most of the students carry tiffin from home

Seniors are always ready to help and guide their juniors in academics Alumni network gathers once in a year.

There are two internal exams conducted one in the middle of the semester and one at the end of the semester Later university practical exams are conducted After that there is a break of about 25 days then the semester end university theory papers begin

I gave the MH-CET MCA Entrance exam held in the month of february Later there was a candidate verification in may. Later I applied online for admission in which we could select the college of our preference Then I filled the offline form which costs Rs500 Later on I received a call from the institute informing that I have been selected

Overall faculty is very helpfull gentle and kind However few teachers lack good teaching skills and are not able to maintain discipline of the class The students are free to approach the faculty in case of doubts Faculty is cooperative in general and happy to help
