Deep dive into the world of NIT Patna.

As my course is computer science and engineering so I thought that only technical subject will be teached here but I my first year i studied English, physics, chemistry which I don't understand why? So per the development is happening in this field every day, our course should also be developed

Generally internship session start from third year onwards but for internship i would suggest not to wait for college just do some research and go for off campus as well there are various opportunities in off campus also for internships.

Nit patna placement ratio is good enough particularly talking about CSE branch almost all students placed from fourth year students become eligible for campus placements and for internship it starts from third year onwards and please note this is not fixed if you are skilled enough than you can get your internships before this also and this time 100% placement is seen in mechanical branch also.

Tution fee of one year is almost 1 lakh.and hotel and mess fee is 80000 per year. Scholarships are also provided we receive time to time mail from our institute regarding information of scholarships. There are more than 30 scholarship listed for the students of Nit patna.

Although there are small events taking place time to time in our college but there are two grand fest take place every year one is eccentrica the cultural fest and the other TCF the techno- cultural fest. Our library facilities are also good there are more than 75000 books are available in the library.we can issue any book from library for 14 days and after this we have to return it or we can reissue it as per our need .

As for girls hostel it is very congested because there is only one girl hostel present in Nit patna so almost 6 girls are accomodated in one room you will get one bed , one chair and one table from hotel side. Talking about mess food it is not so good means you can eat just for survival the quality of food is ok but the only problem is excess oil in every food which hurt me a lot. The total charge of mess and hostel per semester is 40000.

To get addmission in any Nits you have to give jee mains exam and fulfilling the cretria of 75% in 12th board exam for general, obs categories and 65% for sc, st category .Jee mains is conducted by NTA and it happens two times in a year first attempt generally take place in January and second attempt in April and it's a CBT based exam. The syllabus for this exam is class 11th and 12th syllabus but it is harder than your board exams so you need to have deep understanding of your syllabus

After all it is a National level institute so it's true that all the facilities here is well qualified as well as experienced but it is also true that they don't show much interest in your learning they just want to finish their course in any way. So we need to take help from other resources for our understanding purpose.
