Overrated private university

My branch is mechanical..we know that very fewer companies come to hire students in this branch... In this university, some companies come to hire students of the mechanical branch... But most of them are the noncore companies... The only core company which is collaborated with this university is JBM (JAI BHARAT MARUTI) COMPANY... You can opt for them or u can prepare for the further examination like GATE, ESE etc..

Yes, they provide... But you have to fill a form for that within the university to the dean of the respective branches... Outside internships companies also come in the university but u have to pay for that...

Placements and job opportunities are good for those who are thinking of taking admission in CS or mca BCA courses... The placement of the other courses like mechanical engineering civil engineering and electrical engineering is not so good... I'm from mechanical engineering I have seen that the only core company which is collaborated with the university is JBM (JAI BHARAT MARUTI) and other companies are noncore.. There are lots of events which are celebrated in this university like the fresher's party in the month of September and the annual fest in the month of Feb... And actors singers director also come for the promotions of their movies... Like this year Abhishek Bachchan, Vicky Kaushal, tapsee Pannu came for the promotion of manmarziyan movie...

The fee structure is quite expensive from the other UPTU colleges but it is less than universities like Sharda, amity etc.. So we can say that fee structure is feasible... My branch fee is 1.59 lacs per annum and hostel fee is 1 lac per annum non AC and 1.4 lacs per annum with AC...

If you got 85 % or above in your 12th..so u can avail some discount in your fee. Otherwise, no scholarship is given to the students in the university...

One thing I like about this university is they focus on cleaning all the floors, toilets etc...gender ratio is balanced... Laboratories are good. There are lots of machines which are in my course... So overall they have provided us with a good lab... They also support sports like taekwondo cricket football etc... Our 2nd-year student has also played taekwondo in commonwealth games... Also, there is a number of debates happened in the university level... Our students also participate with other colleges too...

Mess food is quite eatable... But some time u have to sacrifice with your food because of the taste... But overall food quality is good as compared to the other college hostels... The main thing of the mess is that it is clean and neat... They serve with proper hygiene... So u don't have to worry about cleanliness and hygiene of the food.

If u interact with your seniors. They will help u but u should go to good students... They can help you in providing study materials, can guide you on how to manage your course-related problems...

Two internal exams known as CAT(continuous assessment test) taken between the semester both are 50 marks each and semester exams are of 100 marks each. But the overall result is made by taking the 30 % marks from the internal(CAT1 and CAT 2)and 50% marks are taken from semester and rest of the 20% is taken from your attendance, assignments, behavior and responses in your class... So that's the criteria of the exams in this university...

I have submitted a form of galgotias university engineering entrance exam(GEEE) in the month of March or April then after that, an exam was held in my city in the month of may... And then after a month, an offer letter is sent to your address if ur qualified for the exam...

The faculty of this university is qualified... All of them are from IITs, NITs or other higher colleges of India... Most of the facilities of the mechanical branch are from south India... So u have to talk with them in English always... But they help u if u go with your problems in your course...
