Likes
- Firstly, I saw the infrastructure of Sage University, Bhopal. And I am fallen in love with its infrastructure. They have various buildings like central library, royal sage hall with capacity of 2,000 people, and a sports complex for indoor sports.
- Thirdly, I liked the events like Sage equinox and Swarnim, these are the two biggest events of sage univedsity, Bhopal. In these events there are various activities and competitions.
- Secondly, I liked the faculties or teachers, they are very friendly with every student. Faculty members also have a quality teaching experience, this thing I liked the most.
Dislikes
- I disliked the bus facilities provided by the university. They changes the bus route anytime and because of this students schedule may hamper. And the quality of buses are not so good.
Course Curriculum Overview
As I have completed my 12th with commerce stream so doing BBA is an ideal option and after that I have to do MBA, so that's the other reason of choosing BBA. And also, I wanted to learn the basics of business. ABOUT COURSE CURRICULUM-: My course curriculum provided by my university involves industrial visits for to develop or prepares the students for the real world. IMPROVEMENTS-: 1)They should take the students to the industrial visits on a frequent basis. 2) They should use projectors and smart classes to explain complex topics. TIMMINGS & DIFFICULTY LEVEL OF EXAMS-: We have two mid semester tests 1st MST- 2nd month of the semester 2nd MST- 4th month of the semester End semester exam- 6th month of the semester And the difficulty of exams is moderate.
Placement Experience
Our university placed the students on some reputated companies and on a good package. From 6th semester students became eligible for campus placements. Vivo, HDFC, Uphills, sutherland, ascendion, etc are some companies visited for the placement and the number of offers made is around 300. HIGHEST PACKAGE-10.4 LPA LOWEST PACKAGE- 3.00 LPA AVERAGE PACKAGE- 3.5 LPA There is 100% placement percentage of students getting placements. My plans are-: 1) I will surely looking for sitting in placements and minimum I wants to placed at 5LPA. 2) I am preparing for CAT to enter any IIM for MBA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees of my course(BBA) is 40,000 per year and it is fixed and every student have to pay 2,000 as a registration fees for each and every semester. 1,20,000 tution fees(40,000×3) 12,000 end semester exam registration fees(2,000×6) 54,000 bus fees(18,000×3) Total cost= 1,86,000 As I belongs to general category, so I can't avail scholarship benefits, but ST/SC students got the scholarship of around 4,000 on their tution fees. There are no such campus employments are provided to the students in my course.
Campus Life
ANNUAL FESTS & TECHNICAL FESTS-: -Sage equinox(november) -Swarnim(June) -Sage techvalley(January) We have huge library, which consists of various books related to the courses which are offered by the universitiy, but in our library there are less numbers of story books or moral books. Brilliant quality of furniture(table&chair) Fully AC classrooms, but they do not work. Projectors and white boards windows for ventilation. Our university have a very good infrastructure for each and every sports. But, my university can't utilize that. They do not organize the sports events on frequent basis. My university have various clubs like-: Photography club Sports club Radio club Event club Marketing club Rotoract club Arts club -
Admission
Anyone can take admission who has completed 12th with any stream and with minimum of 45% in 12th. Sage University conducts SEE(Sage entrance examination) as its enterance exam to provide students the scholarships. But it's not compulsory to everyone to attempt this exam. You can take admission in our university just by paying the full tution fees(40,000 per year).
Faculty
As, the total number of students is 267 in my batch and we have two sections. But, on daily basis there are 30 students present in both of the sections. So, its very easy for the faculties or teachers to handle the class and interact with each and everyone. This helps me to take quality knowledge from the faculty members. And our faculty members have really good teaching experience. And as I told you, our faculty members are very friendly in nature so, it's very easy for me to take their guidance personally and I can share my problems with them without even hesitating and they give a suitable solutions.
