Course Curriculum Overview

There is a massive market of gaming in all over the world but in India , a lot of things are very limited, and gaming industry is also a part of that . But correct govts vission and commitment to boost the AVGC sector drew me to choose this course . In this course every institutes charge a massive number of fees , so if govt can open some institutes in low fees for the middle-class people too that will be helpful. Exams are easy , and exams are held in every 2-3 months

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

1st yr fee 145000 2nd yr fee 150000 3rd yr fee 155000 4th yr fee 160000 The total cost will be 7-8 lakhs No scholarship are available Not sure about jobs and all, but College provides internship to good students

Campus Life

They held Athena in start of year , then they held summer party , freshers party , game jam, and many more . Only few books in library. Faculties are good , they teach in projectors but most of pcs doesn't work so students have to carry their own laptop. The campus is very small, so no sports in campus , but they organise tournaments, that generally held in turf grounds. Their are many students clubs

Admission

Student need to have drawing skill , if he knows any design software the it's definitely gonna help him . A creative mind is very needed . Simply go to Google search for the college website and fill the form , that's it . No reservations benefits. (Har jagah mangna zaruri he ? Apne dam pe karo )

Faculty

There is a good number of faculties so faculty to student ratio is good. Their teaching techniques are also good , they are always ready to help students. They always listens to every students, and they are very nice human being.

Avantika's truth

Likes

Peaceful environment, good teachers, hostel and canteen.
Bus availability is just wowwww, the hostel balcony is big and nice.
Fab lab is there , pantry is there , the orientation week was so nice , It was a really nice welcome.

Dislikes

Less crowd like less students cause it's a design college.
Mostly students are from pune, mumbai, Delhi... They are good but I wish there were more people from other places as well , I don't really vibe with them.
Too much assignments are given, it feels stressful most of the times.

Placement Experience:

No idea about placements for now. But I heard they are good. Maximum package was of 10 lakh I guess. From 3rd year internships starts. Many students start working from 2nd year . Many times the Jury also give offers to the students if their work is really great.

Avantika university is great but…

Good faculty good curriculum of assignments
Veg food is nice. campus has dogs tooooo
Festivals celebrated widely. Unity encouraged

Dislikes

Campus very small. No fests. Very outskirts
Campus is surrounded by village for like 5kms of radius
Too difficult to get basic necessities. No stationary available. Main city is far far away. Non veg not available.

Placement Experience:

The college gives a decent placement. Considering the fact that I chose graphic design. My main focus will be on freelancing and not a particular full time job. Win win even if I don't get good placement from college

Right from recieving the offer letter mentioning about takshashila, nalanda, ujjain and such ancient educational hubs were established and we want to create a school ahead of its time just like these great schools
I really loved the curriculum. The faculties, their teaching method is absolutely amazing and reliable
There is no hierarchy system. You can go and talk to any faculty/HOD/Dean and even you can talk with the management. You don't have to first ask 10 peoples before reaching out to them. This system shows transparency of the college

Dislikes

Clubs should be active in the college. I mean almost every club is not functional.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The first year is the foundation year... In which every small yet necessary things is taught to you. We're told about an assignment in briefing. And how we've to do the assignment is left on us to explore our creativity to use our mind in creation of something this is originally yours. This approach helps you to grow as a creative being... It prepares really well. I mean I used my learnings from my first semester in my second semester and it helped me to achieve a different and very unique design for many assignments given in the second semester. No such improvements for the curriculum. I've spoken to some NID visiting facilities too about the same. They say the appropriate approach to teach an important course has been followed in your college which sometimes is not even followed in NID too. We've a sem end jury which helps us to gain external validation for our work as a designer that helps us to grow.

well qualified faculty are here for our help .They understand our problem and never hesitate to repeat the solutions.Campus life is also good canteen food is also healthy. placemts are good students are placed . also the courses fee is average.

Artemisia is one of the college's that provide industry exposure to students while they are learning their craft. Yearly trips to expos like IGDC and in-held college game jams also help in nurturing the students...Read More

Artemisia collage bad and good

Good design collage in indore

NoBefore I applied this collage I also applied to amity university mumbai for their animation and vfx course (b.sc) and I got a confirm addmission but cost in living in Mumbai is higher then indore so I choose this collage over amity university mumbai. I didn't get rejection but I didn't go any other collage cause their fees were high and cost living also.
