Artemisia College of Art & Design (ACAD), established in 2014, is one of the top-notch colleges in India. The institute is affiliated with Raja Man Singh Tomar Music & Art University. ACAD ranks best amongst all the Animation and Graphic Design colleges in the state and is the only design college in the country to have its own Animation and Game Production Studio – ACAD Studios. The college offers 14 UG, certification, and diploma programs under 6 disciplines namely Animation & VFX, Game Design & Development, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Painting, and Photography. Artemisia College is affiliated with Raja Man Singh Tomar Music & Art University, a UGC recognized University. The most popular course of ACAD is the 4-year B.Design course across 4 specializations. ACAD Admissions 2024

Artemisia College of Art & Design provides admission to students through an online ACAD entrance test or portfolio evaluation followed by the interview process.

How to Apply?

Candidates can apply in the courses offered at ACAD through online mode:

Online Mode

Apply by submitting the portfolio online or filling out the application form for the entrance exam made available on the official website of ACAD @artemisiacollege.com.
Fill in all the necessary details in the early admission form (portfolio-based) and upload your portfolio images or links. Pay for
the form fee to get your application submitted. OR fill in all the necessary details in the entrance exam form & pay for the
form fee to get your application submitted
After successful submission of the early admission (portfolio based) form and fees you will get a call from the college about
your portfolio approval OR after successful submission of the entrance exam form, the candidate will be sent an email
containing the username & password with the exam date to login to the exam portal for the online ACAD Entrance Exam.
Students whose portfolio gets rejected are automatically transferred to the entrance exam process & are not required to fill
the entrance exam form again.
Upon portfolio approval or clearing the ACAD Entrance Exam your online interview on video call would be scheduled. Only
upon clearing the interview, you would be issued the admission letter.

ACAD Placements

With its own in-built studio, Artemisia College of Art & Design coordinates and works for the production of TV series, Games & Movies. Talented and qualified students get placed in the studio itself serving them international exposure in the field of Animation, Designing & Developing, with an average starting salary of INR 10,000 - 15,000 per month, which gradually increases up to 30,000 to 40,000 as you gain experience and skills. Students start getting paid internships in companies across the country 2^nd or 3^rd year of their course. course. For Fashion Design & Interior Design students get Internships in the 4 th Year.

Apart from the internships, there are placements in various multi-national companies with an average salary package of INR 3LPA - INR 12LPA. Artemisa? Should You really consider it?

Dislikes

The college lacks a playground. So the college event are held on private grounds.
The size of the college is ver smalll amd minimalistic.

Admission:

The other college i tried reaching was NID, the reason were simple as it was a government college and the rates of placements are significantly higher, but i dropped my idea of joing NID was because the fees structure of NID was out of mya financial capabilities, and i heard that artemisia is like only second to NID so i applied here and got selected.

I love interacting with batchmates of my course and as well as students of the other courses
I personally liked the infrastructure of the college and proper utilisation of the campus

Dislikes

Due to lack of space there is no ground or play area where students can play
There is a very unstable connection of internet in the entire college campus

so i applied for NID but didn't make it into it as I wasn't able to qualify prelims exam then I ended up in this college as it has low fees compared to all other design collage with decent faculty and has two was for admission one was proper exam and second was portfolio and interview I showed them portfolio and went for interview which I cracked easily and got into this collage

This collage also have a separate lightbox room for clasical animation for better learning animation
The people in the collage are very friendly and one thing there is no ragging in this collage

Dislikes

This collage didn't have any play ground and their campus is also small
This collage is situated little bit outskirts from the main city

NoBefore I applied this collage I also applied to amity university mumbai for their animation and vfx course (b.sc) and I got a confirm addmission but cost in living in Mumbai is higher then indore so I choose this collage over amity university mumbai. I didn't get rejection but I didn't go any other collage cause their fees were high and cost living also. Admission process of this collage is very simple just you have to apply for their course in their website and you will get a call they will guide you for everything.eligibility if you have pasing mark in your previous examination and have a passion for creative way then you will get addmission easily
