Remarks

It is a too big college in India, and there is a big area of campus area, students are pass out in 12th than they are admitted in this college, for admission do this exam entrance exam which is called AIST big opportunity for the job in the industry, there is 4 department - RFM, BBA, FOOTWEAR, FASHION and also to do MBA in retail.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because, this is the best source in the marketing, and also is best for retail. good ratio of faculty and student like every 10 students in 1 faculty. the qualification of the faculty of the master of his subject the exam is good and timely executed, and sometimes we are facing some difficulty in exam but easily pass out the exam.

The students are last semester of their source eligible for campus placement pantaloons, Bata, Tata, Raymond, LeMay, reliance Rs. 200000 to Rs. 1000000 around 80% of the students got placed from our batch.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee paid every semester, and also paid at the end of the semester and give a scholarship in the ST, SC, OBC scholarship partial MPTASS, collage is not provided any fees to their education the student paid the pees before the exam

There is every festivals are conducted and every program is conduct in auditorium and play ground there is the big library in the campus big classroom in the college ,there is AC room, projector, cricket ,volleyball, kho-kho, gym, Facebook, fddiindia.com

Avantika's truth

Likes

Peaceful environment, good teachers, hostel and canteen.
Bus availability is just wowwww, the hostel balcony is big and nice.
Fab lab is there , pantry is there , the orientation week was so nice , It was a really nice welcome.

Dislikes

Less crowd like less students cause it's a design college.
Mostly students are from pune, mumbai, Delhi... They are good but I wish there were more people from other places as well , I don't really vibe with them.
Too much assignments are given, it feels stressful most of the times.

Placement Experience:

No idea about placements for now. But I heard they are good. Maximum package was of 10 lakh I guess. From 3rd year internships starts. Many students start working from 2nd year . Many times the Jury also give offers to the students if their work is really great.

Avantika university is great but…

Good faculty good curriculum of assignments
Veg food is nice. campus has dogs tooooo
Festivals celebrated widely. Unity encouraged

Dislikes

Campus very small. No fests. Very outskirts
Campus is surrounded by village for like 5kms of radius
Too difficult to get basic necessities. No stationary available. Main city is far far away. Non veg not available.

Placement Experience:

The college gives a decent placement. Considering the fact that I chose graphic design. My main focus will be on freelancing and not a particular full time job. Win win even if I don't get good placement from college

Right from recieving the offer letter mentioning about takshashila, nalanda, ujjain and such ancient educational hubs were established and we want to create a school ahead of its time just like these great schools
I really loved the curriculum. The faculties, their teaching method is absolutely amazing and reliable
There is no hierarchy system. You can go and talk to any faculty/HOD/Dean and even you can talk with the management. You don't have to first ask 10 peoples before reaching out to them. This system shows transparency of the college

Dislikes

Clubs should be active in the college. I mean almost every club is not functional.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The first year is the foundation year... In which every small yet necessary things is taught to you. We're told about an assignment in briefing. And how we've to do the assignment is left on us to explore our creativity to use our mind in creation of something this is originally yours. This approach helps you to grow as a creative being... It prepares really well. I mean I used my learnings from my first semester in my second semester and it helped me to achieve a different and very unique design for many assignments given in the second semester. No such improvements for the curriculum. I've spoken to some NID visiting facilities too about the same. They say the appropriate approach to teach an important course has been followed in your college which sometimes is not even followed in NID too. We've a sem end jury which helps us to gain external validation for our work as a designer that helps us to grow.

Faculties are good, environment is good, infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

Too much pressure, too much assignments, small area.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There is a massive market of gaming in all over the world but in India , a lot of things are very limited, and gaming industry is also a part of that . But correct govts vission and commitment to boost the AVGC sector drew me to choose this course . In this course every institutes charge a massive number of fees , so if govt can open some institutes in low fees for the middle-class people too that will be helpful. Exams are easy , and exams are held in every 2-3 months
