Course Curriculum Overview

Course taught us there was almost very nice as complete to other 1st nd 2nd tier colleges. Only mistake that happened was in our last semester as at the end our college was turned from autonomous to under csvtu and question paper was different from the syllabus.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Training and placement cells informed us about all the internship available and helped us to get the internship. Various companies like BHILAI STEEL PLANT, etc. were provided for the internship process.

Placement Experience

This year placement level is very less due to recession and also the company's coming are not giving high packages. Few companies select students for the job but they give joining letter very late (after approx a year).

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual fee is approx 80000 per annum and also the hostel fee were 60000 per annum including the mess services. They ask for late fine each time even if it is not applicable, that is only the main issue related to fee

Campus Life

In the campus everything was very nice. Library facilities, workshops were done and many more cultural events were also done. The main problem in the campus was sometimes canteen. It was for about 5-6 months.

Admission

At my time, since covid was there, we were just selected on the basis of our 12th class result. No counselling was done. But after the batch of covide students, counselling process is done and also entrance exams are done.

Faculty

Faculty members were professionals and taught us things easily. They helped us in all aspect rather it be studies related issues, internships, or any other aspects like any functions occuring in the campus.

Placement Experience:

To be honest placement scenario is not really good. One becomes eligible for placement in the final year. Companies like cognizant used to visit the college for mass recruitment but after covid even they are not visiting. But few startups visit every year. The highest package this year was 12 lpa ctc. And avg 6 lpa. Only 30 percent get placement. My plan is to do M TECH.

Ssipmt Raipur review my experience

Placement Experience:

Placements at SSIPMT Raipur are pretty good. Students become eligible from 6th semester for campus placements. Companies that visit: TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc. They mostly offer roles like software developer, support engineer, tester, etc. Highest Package: ?42 LPA (off-campus international placement) Average Package: Around ?6 LPA Placement Percentage: Almost 100% for CS/IT branches if the student is active and skilled. My Future Plan: After completing my degree, I’ll try to get placed through campus first, then maybe switch later for better opportunities or prepare for higher studies if needed.

The placements are not at all good here, the highest package ever is 7.5LPA and the lowest is 1.25LPA so the average usually comes around 2.5LPA which is not enough with the current inflation rates of our country. And they don't get very big companies to come for the hiring.
