The college told you to do a relevant minor project related your course which is beneficial for social use. I think a TNP teacher helps in making minor projects instead of teaching because nowadays every student uses youtube and many other resources too learn the language. i think semester can be done taken after having one day gap in every subjects i.e enough for the one subjects.
