Course Curriculum Overview

It is mainly focused on theoretical classes. In physics, we need more practical sessions about how things work in the real world. By having more practical sessions, ee can easily understand the principle behind everything.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 2500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In my college, they provide various scholarships. I have got egrants in every year, so I didn't want to pay any tution fees, I will be paid using egrantz. They are proving campus interviews and students were getting placements.

Campus Life

The infrastructure was very good. We have various organisations in our college, and I have been on NCC. I spend 3 years in NCC, and it was a nice experience for me. I have learned a lot. It gives me knowledge about time management and some thing about the lives of the soldiers. I also got an opportunity to fire in my NCC camp.

Admission

The admission process was very competitive at that time. Eventhough I got good marks in my higher secondary, I didn't got the college I opt for the first allotment. In the third allotment, I got my college as I opt.

Faculty

The faculties are very helpful. They will give their best to excel in our studies. They are taking classes effectively by using modern technologies, we can approach them at any time. They are very motivative.

Placement Experience:

The college has a well functioning placement assistance. There are various companies including banks and Tech based companies which arrives in the college for placements every year. The placement assistant cell prepare students very well for the placements.They grooms the students and prepares them for aptitude test, interviews and group discussions which are required for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Biotechnology is a booming industry in the world. I had selected this course hoping to achieve a successful career here in India. Little did I know that biotechnology had not picked up its pace yet in India. The exams conducted was frequently with 1 or 2 model exams in each semester for theoretical and practical. This helped us to have enough basic knowledge when we finally pass out. It would be better if more internships and industrial visits are included in the syllabus. It would give a better idea about our future. It will also help us to boost our resume. The jobs in biotechnology offers low salary here but large varities of experience can be gained. This helps us to have a better career outside of India.

Remarks:

St. Berchmans is definitely one of the top rated arts and degree college existing in Kerala. There are various opportunities for students in improve at various fronts. But at the same time, the college doesn't provide much actual support for the students for their after college life. This poses as a great difficulty and confusion for students completing their UG or PG from this place.

I take admission in mes kc because it is good college compared to other some college. Mes kc is near to my home and easy to travel.
