Likes

Teachers are highly qualified and supportive.Classes are held on regular basis.
There are many active students group which organized different activities.
Because of the government college not much reservation get by students in exams.

Dislikes

There is no much companies visit for the placements.
Students are not able to clear subjects.
College doesn't support students in the internship.

Course Curriculum Overview

In this college b tech in mechanical engineering considered as the best course because of the investment of tata technologies. There are 6 months of semister in the college. All classes are held in 4 months and 1 months are reserved for the exam.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the college is 25,000 for the general category. 10,000 for the obc candidate. And very less for sc,nt students i,e 500. College also provides scholarship upto 6000 in year. College also provides books for study.

Campus Life

College organized various activities in the campus. Abhirang is the main and biggest event celebrated in the college. In the campus there is big library. College also organised sports events which refresh the students.

Admission

This college takes the admission on the basis of mht cet which held after 12th. Because this is government institute so the cutt of goes high specifically for the computer science students. After qualifying cet we can get admission with the proper process.

All the teachers are highly qualified. approx all teachers does there higher education from iities and nites. If we ask for help in any carrier guidance they help us without any hesitation. College staff also organised workshops for the students.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department.
