Experienced teaching staff but they are too orthodox in behaviour
A very big computer lab which is accessible anytime

Course Curriculum Overview

This course is a really good choice for tech students because you get all your basic programming skills here but only if you are truly interested in it. Exams are considerably fine but you won't get any consideration in your internal marks and all. Each sem there will be an internal exam a model exam and finally the university semester exam.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placements from 6th semester. But not much companies offer placement here and also students choosing this offer are also lesser. Many focus on higher education so they may not choose this other depending of the packages also. But I might look into placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees varies depending upon courses. An average of 22000 per semester will be charged excluding hostel fees and all. There hasn't been any increase in the fee until now. Complete cost for 3 years will be around 1.4 lakhs

Campus Life

Library is well equipped with books regarding any matter. But social life in this college is a tedious task. You won't get any freedom here and all teachers are behind your back all the time. Not only studies they interfere in all your personal matters too.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is the worst one I have ever seen. Especially girls hostel. Food is not at all good many have suffered from food poisoning too. They never forward this complaint management doesn't take it seriously. Mess fees vary monthly . An average of 4000 is to be paid. Registration process and all are simple just go there and talk to the warden.

Hostel Fee: INR 4000 per year

Admission

+2 / 12th with computer science of information technology as a subject(min 50 percentage marks). Regular allotment process is followed here. But management seats are also available. Prebooking starts by the mid of march every year.

Faculty

Teachers are well experienced and you can approach them anytime. But they are too orthodox anf always interfere in your personal matters such as dressing (for any functions), friendships and all those matters.

I thought this course will be useful for the future. So i choose this course. Subjects teaching can be made more relatable to the course and future. Maybe they can add day gaps between exams. The exams are conducted in consecutive days, each day two exams.

The experiences at my College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The unique aspect I found at Chinmaya Viswavidyapeeth is that they involve courses that shape an individual to his/ her best version. They teach us the aspects of life and how to enter and solve an issue with confidence. There are improvements needed in few areas but the overall performance is great and we know that the management is trying hard. The time between exams are a bit short but the frequency is not much, their difficulty level is based on the course's difficulty level.

In the new world of technology it is more good to study something related to the future. In short i felt bca has more scope in future . Teaching are not relevant for the future world. They should upgrade their teaching methods and the syllabus is not upto date . We are still studying about the old generation techniques.
