The tution fee of the college is quite affordable to all the students. It is a semi government college and the fee for any course is very much affordable. Students having BPL card experience more benefits regarding admission fee. Each year scholarship is given to the intelligent student

Campus Life

The college hold a freshers function for all the departments for the new comers. While each department hold their individual freshers function. And it is same for the farewell ceremony. Once in a year college week is conducted where there are many activities and events that a student can participate. Cultural functions are also held. A rally is being organised by all the departments representing various cultures, events etc Each year the college held election for various leadership of the college. The campus is very greenery. It is very neat and clan everywhere. There is a very big field for cricket, volleyball, basketball etc. There is one seperate room for indoor games such as carrom, chessetc

Admission

The addmission process of the college is quite simple and easy. There is no entrance exam for admission to the college. The admission is based on class12th percentage. The application form is available at the college official website www.dhsk.com. There is no application fees. It is free of cost.

Faculty

The faculty -to- student ratio is 1:4. The teaching methods of the faculties are outstanding. They give practical examples when their is necessary. The student's can interact with their teachers whenever they are in need. Even at break time the they can ask their doubts and the teachers are ever ready to solve their their doubts

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed the course because I dont have so much money to study for btech and all and also I didn't prepare for jee or neet so, the next thing come is mind is bsc that is in botany or zoology as I liked bio more than any other subjects. Yaa by reading botany I can know many things about plant and trees. The improvement that they can do is release a book according to the syllabus by the university and also add few more new teachers such that student can be friendly with them and ask their doubt . For me I think exam timing should be done... Like one before durga puja and one around December . And the difficulty level should be easy .

1. Honestly I wanted to apply for this college as because of reside on dibrugarh so I wanted to go to a college in dibrugarh so by the grace of God I got to read in this college. I heard a lot of things about this college from everyone including my parents and even grandparents which made me to choose this college and it is active culturally and academically. 2. I didn't got kind of rejection but I didn't wanted to make it to other colleges as I live with my mother and brother in dibrugarh so I didn't wanted to leave them and go to other place so I want to get into a college in dibrugarh. This is the reason. 3.So regarding the admission process it is under merit based so no exams are conducted.Only the percentage of H.S is seen and accordingly if the percentage is upto the cutoff mark given by the college then admission is confirmed otherwise if the percentage is below the cutoff then admission can't be taken .For science stream cut offs are usually more i.e 70 percent and above and for arts stream it is slightly less....Read More
