Pros and cons for choosing government polytechnic Thane.

Maintain proper curriculum and complete the syllabus in time without skipping any thing. Teachers follow proper time table in order to complete the syllabus and understand to students without any doubt.

Collage provide internship but any student not interested in that company provided by college he can find other company of his choice. Some companies provide stipend and some are not. In the internship student have to prove his skills the he will get certified.

The placement is avaliable but the placement is not good as much I experience. Student become elegible for campus after 5 semester. The small companies near Thane and Kalyan visits every year. The highest package is of 35000 thousand of IT department.

Fee is according to caste of the student. Scholarship is available in all departments in college. Government scholarship is available for SC, NT and OBC in which students get 50% scholarship in tuition fees and get maintenance charges for students.

Overall the campus life is good and Collage provide many opportunities for students in field of sport, socializing and to utilize students skills. College provide library for all departments. Classroom and benches are not good. Many social activities carry by college like NSS.

In the admission process student need fill online form at MSBTE website according to it 3 cap round are there in which student have to choose there college according to cut off list of that year. There is reservations for SC and OBC caste students. The worst thing I don't like is that the college staff recall the student more than needed.

Teacher are very helpful and highly educated maintain best bonding between teacher and student. Complete all syllabus in time and takes question answer session at every week end. Give practical knowledge more than theory.
