I always wanted to do MBBS.My score in neet UG was 607 but the cut off was too high so I decided to go for BDS and I wanted to do it from the top college of India and it led me to choose MAIDS. BDS is a very challenging course but at the end it pays well. Bds not only involves study about dental anatomy/histology/pathology but we also get to study about general anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology etc. So overall the curriculum is quite interesting if you are already interested in medicine. We have three exams in first year, two internals and a professional exam. The exams are quite difficult

The college itself has one year internship which offers around 23k rs per month It always helps you in future if you've gotten your degree from a reputed college like Maulana Azad institute of dental sciences.

The complete course fee is about 16k. You get paid during your internship year about 23k The hostel fee is merely 530 rs There are scholarships for ews students. Ews students are also provided with books from the college Library.

Dental health fest is held once every year, it lasts for about a week. We have different programs related to art, singing,fun games, fashion, and dh night There is a library in the college having ample amount of books in addition to that you can also visit the central library of MAMC located within the campus There are projectors in lecture theatres and smart board in labs.The whole building is aur conditioned There is BL taneja ground located just behind the college and a lot of sports events are held there There is a student council

The hostel is of MAMC, you usually get a three seater room in first year and second year onwards you'll get 2 seaters. Mess fee is about 3k per month and the food is not bad. You can visit different canteens within the campus if you don't like the mess food Hostel is usually allotted to students from out of Delhi

Eligibility is based on Neet score. The cut off goes around 27k rank through DU quota. The cut off can vary You can apply for the college after giving neet through mcc councelling The admission process is quite tiring as first you have to give neet and then do the counselling and when you are alloted the college you get about 4-5 days to submit all your documents which includes a list of documents and three copies of each document

Each batch consists of only 50 students which makes the learning experience better as we have all the attention from our professors. The faculty are themselves very experienced and quite approachable, they listen to students querys and respond to them. Projectors and other modern equipments of teaching are used for a better learning experience.
