Govt college of engineering for mechanical engineering

I choose mechanical engineering because I developed interest in graphic design and other skills. This college is good for core branches because for core branches facility here is more than others. But some machinery things can be developed and modern tech should be used. Also teachers should focus on core things. Mostly there are 2 unit tests and 1 end semester exam in each sem . Exam are based on what is taught in lectures.

In starting of 8th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Core branches campus placement in 90% or more than that. Mostly 100 percent students are placed from core branches. Seimens,TCS ,LNT, CROMPTON, ADANI and more big companies Offer good packages to students. Highest package for 2024 was 1500000 from off campus and in campus it was 800000 Average package is 500000 I would like to have campus placement or rather do MTECH

I'm a student who got TFWS seat in college This scheme provides 20000 less fee There are 3 seats in every course the 3 students who have more marks in the course who have taken admission gets TFWS seat and their tuition fee is less. There is also siemens scholarship, maha-dbt scholarship and Amazon scholarship for students online which are very beneficial and provides internships and training or placements also. Fee for general category is 88000 For TFWS it's 66000 Other than these fee college in mid college also ask for examination fee which is around 1000 or may depend on the courses.

Campus is full of joy when it comes to its annual events . Events starts in the odd semester. Technical event - Wings Cultural event - Antarang Sports events - lakshya sports Other than this there are various departmental activities done and organised by students. Everyone contribute enthusiastically in each event. Library facility is not so good you can get course curriculum books here which are mostly needed and recommended by professors. Classroom is good and most of the technological things are provided here. There are various student-run clubs which participate in national and international events and receive got reward Cybrotics club includes robot making and participate in robocon competition. Team Aryans modifies cars and participate in Baha competition. kalarpan is art and culture club participate in firodiya and purshottam karanda other than this there are catalyst club, ecell, e-club, etc. which provide good knowledge.

Girls hostel is very good and spacious there are 2 hostels in campus. Old hostel and new hostel. Old hostel provides 3 students in 1 room and new hostel provide 2 students in 1 room . Water facility mess all things are provided in hostel. 1650 rs is the hostel fee yearly Mess quality is good and provides 2 times meal is just for 1700 rs monthly and only veg is provided. For hostel you just need college admission form.

Admission in this college is done by CET based and JEE based also. These entrance examination are compulsory for admission. I secured 95 percentile in CET therefore I got seat in this college. CET cap rounds the method to take admission in this college. CET examination is compulsory. CET counseling fee in 800 for general category The process is simple. This counseling has seats regarding TFWS and ews which is beneficial for general category students whose parents income is less than 800000

First year faculty are mostly visitor faculty.Maths and Physics faculty for first year are good they provide great knowledge to students and co-operate. Senior faculty and HoD are help full. Good teaching and guidance is provided. Senior faculty take students for industrial visit and guide for internships.
