Likes

No restriction of 75% attendance at classes .
For CSE students computer labs are provided .
Syllabus pattern are student friendly you can score good marks if you study only the syllabus well .

Dislikes

Bad coordination of responsible authorities
Library should must be improved provide all the basic books to student related to their course .
Placement support for student must be improved

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curricululum is very mech relevant to gate syllabus but course curriculum need to be improved so that student must learn new things . The Course curriculum of CSE(AI & ML) also needs to be improved .

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 312000 per year

Placement Experience

lacement support are not that much good in my college , for batch 2023 placement were given but for batch 2024 placements were close to minimum . This is one of the sections on which university should defenitely work .

Fees and Financial Aid

Per year B.Tech Course fees is 78,000/- for four years it sums up 3,12,000 . There is not so much clarification regarding tutuion fees . Complete cost of education for you if you opt hotel would be 3,65,000 approx. ( excluding mess fees ) and yes scholorships are provided to students of weaker economic sections .

Campus Life

Overall experince of mine was average Campus life was good , university organises club events and cometitions but less awareness among students plays the negaive impact on it . Infrastructure of University is good .

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are good 24/7 electricity and water supply are provied and also all the basic requirement are given to students in hostels . Some impovement which can be done in university hostel are build common hall and gym.

Admission

At my time amission was given on the basis of UPTU rank and cutoff but currently CUET exams are used for cutoffs and also JEE-MAINS score are used , also university take their own addmission test by which they fill some seats .

Faculty

Faculties are well educated and generous , in engineering department most of the teachers hold post graduation degree . Student-Teacher ratio is not that much good it can be imporved teachers are so busy due to work load.

Placement Experience:

From 8th sem clg placement starts the companies like infosys hcl tcs airtel and many more comes the highest package was rs 12.50 lakh by a senior girl of btech and the avg package is 6 lakhs around 90 percent+ get the placement somehow teacher also use their public relations to get their students placed so the package differs but placement happens at high rate ....my plan is to prepare for govt job and get a job at pwd as assistant engineer

The students become eligible from 7th semester for campus placement or for any intern I visited V2 retails and i get around 4-5 LPA offer in sales and marketing. Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it average . It is comprehensive but not so useful as in todays world we require more skills than the formulas. It is related to communication and i am very interested in that . It is not very good for real world application but wr do learn about the basics and get hold of how everything work but does not cover advanced technology. Syllabus should be revised and should be more based on skills than theory and rattafication There are 3 to 4 exam per semester which can be very hectic that it feels like we are giving exams every few weeks. Difficulty is not that much but syallabus is really hard to cover amd we can not focus more on skills and projects more of the time we are giving exams

the placement are decent the year i join placement percentage was 93 but it drop to 85 majority by mass rectrute like TCS, WIPRO and like them total offer was 1700-1800 offers last years highest was 61 lpa and lowest was 2.8 lpa but average is 5.0 lpa and medium is 4 lpa if a student didnt get place can do further education form forigen uni , my cource is CSE so can get job off campur easy as compare to other branches i am planning to get placement from my collage

course curriculum is little bit out-dated, and improvements are needed in terms of syllabus. timing of exams are ok ok. so many assignments are given which is really hectic because their are deadlines to upload those assignments in google classroom. and one thing i hate about college is 75% attendence is must. due to this we do not get much time for our personal development.

KMCLU Lucknow : Experience of Campus and Academics

I gave CUET to get admission in B.tech CSE (Lateral entry), selected 3 colleges in priority; IET Lucknow, MJPRU Rohilkhand and KMCLU Lucknow. As there is only 12-14 seats available for CSE lateral in every college and high number of applicants the cutoff was high. My marks were not up to the mark to get selected for IET and MJPRU, but I got selected for KMCLU Lucknow. I had to balance my academic and family responsiblities, I chose this college. For the admission process, we had to fill an application form along with INR 3000 registration fee. For CSE lateral entry, I had to submit my CUET scorecard and my Diploma certificate. CUET requires 3 year Diploma certificate with 60% passing marks.
