- some instructors have teaching style that are hard to follow or lack effective communication skills
- roads are not well constructed to the college and passes near the gutter
- There is no variety of options in the cafeteria and canteen foods are expensive
Course Curriculum Overview
There is a wide opportunities for hans on learning like labs, or projects.curriculum is based on current trends .Most of the alumi are succesfully working in relevent fields.frequency and timing of exams are well planed based on the difficulty levels of the subject.85% of attendence is not a good criteria as many students feel it stressed to copeup with curriculum as well as the extra curriculum
Internships Opportunities
Infosys ,Wipro,Navigo solutions and many other companies offer internship opportunities. Many students have contributed in health sector by their projects like 3D modelling website for organ demonstration and also a few more for the website developmements for various institutions As i am st6ill in the 4th sem i know few of my classmates have got the chance but i unfortunately did not get the chance of internship yet I dont have any knowledge about the projects and outcomes yet
Placement Experience
Usually from 6 th semester students are eligible for campus placements.companies like Wipro,TCS,and Infosis mass hire their candidates visit the campus also many startup companies usually visit the campus.Highest package offered was 12lpa 3 years back but this year the it was only 8lpa.about 70% of students are getting placed in the company placements.Students are being trained from 2nd year for the placement drives.
Fees and Financial Aid
reliable fees structure as a cet based student I had to pay 980984 and college tuition fee was 10000, every year there is some hike in management fees ,computer based courses tution fees starts from 2.5 lakhs.Examination fees has to be paid separetly .SSP,NSP and many other scholarships and financial aids are available .only 70% of students get placed in campus employment
Campus Life
Annual fest of our college is Akar which is a state level inter college tecno-culture fest,which is usually conducted during the month of march .The is a large library provided with variety of books based on the subjects or current trends and virtual library facilities are available.many clubs and activies on these clubs are usually conduvted
Admission
My admission was done based on CET ,for 34000 cut-off i got admitted in computer science and engineering branch .As soon as I accepted this seat I had to pay full amount of fee to complete my admission .They charge 10000 to reserve the seats .They does not conduct any exams for the admission just pre-university completed sudents can get admitted.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 1:69,30% are phd holders and remaining are persuing their Mtec degree.we can interact with some of the teachers very well they guide us in the academic development and also traine us in the technical field.some of the lecturers have a excellent communication skills and convey their ideas to us.Some of the faculty possess deep knowledge of their field
