Likes

College surroundings are very clean and buildings are very big.
Classrooms are very clean, big, and very nice.
Our college canteen have big food court and Library.

Dislikes

Our college have bad placement and internship program.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum are nice but the courses of curriculum are very hard and cgpa is lowered by this curriculum courses. There no exam for the curriculum courses for our college. The curriculum courses teacher are very hard working. The exams are held on time.

Placement Experience

In our college, the placement chances are very less. From third semester students become eligible for campus placement. The highest package is around 15-20 lakh and average is 3.5 lakh. Percentage of placement is around 30-35%.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees of our college is very high and overrated. The complete cost of engineering is 550000. All types of scholarships are available in our college, there are merit-based scholarships. Hostel fees of our college is 60000 per year and mess fees of our college is 3500 per month.

Campus Life

Our college campus is best campus in our city. Our campus is 10 on 10 in rating of students. Our college have very nice Library and canteen. The classrooms are very clean and best. Our college students create an Instagram account you can check out that. The name of account is the sarcastic sgu.

Admission

In our college admission process is very easy it is like first come first serve. For engineering there are 180 seats for every engineering stream. For the admission entrance exam is required but marks doesn't required.

The faculty of our college is very good. The faculty talk with student very nicely and calmly. The faculty of our college help the students to learn. The teachers are interacting with student very clean and nicely.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.
