Course Curriculum Overview

I'm pursuing Bachelor's of Technology in field of Information Technology. B.Tech is already a very popular course in India and with fields like CSE and IT makes it way better. In our college this course is treated nicely with excellent teachers which make it easier for us to understand the concepts. This course is very tough but having good teachers makes it easiers.

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 126000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Since the B.Tech course is very popular and one of the most expensive courses in India, This college offers course at quite good fees structure. To pursue this course you have to pay about 1,25,000/- INR per yearfor four years. College also offers many scholarships for reservation categories.

Campus Life

Overall Campus life is quite good. If you are good in making friends then your college life is going to be awesome. College come up with many events like Zest Day, Enchante and many others with many club events and activities. you can join many clubs which makes your conversation ebility much better. In library, It is super easy to issue a book from huge library with wide range of books.

Admission

for admission in this college, college offers seats with two eligibility critereas (in case of B.Tech) and that are either JEE exam score or your Boards result. you need atleast 75% in your boards for admission and good jee score. Since this college comes under Kurukshetra University, exams are pretty tough for students.

Faculty

All the Faculty members are awesome with polite attitude towards students. faculty to student ratio is good too. All the teachers are easily approachable whenever needed. Even we can call them after college timings for doubts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the students of the final year are eligible for placements in there respective departments. Basicly many companies visit my college surroundings us which include Wipro, infosis, solatier etc. At least 50 companies visit my college. The highest placement was 22 lpa at Google ang average package is 10 lpa in solatire and other companies . almost 70 percent students get college placement rest apply for off campus and after sometime they also try to fetch jobs. I maily like corporate a lot , so after completing my degree i want to regain a job in any company in gurgaon.

Profitable for new student for choosing their dream college

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students applicable for placement. Highest placement of second last year is 52 lakh per annum and average 16 lakh. In case no campus placement I have family support in some companies. Approximately 70 percentage students placed.

Special aspects is it has coding and it is related to technology. It prepares us very good for industries and further academic pursuits. Suggested area of improvement is in c++ coding class they teach us only theory not coding. Exams happens in every 2 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency and timings of exam are not so big problem. In one semester there are 2 sessional exams and one end semester exams are taken at the end of the semester. And papers made are not so difficult.

About NIFTEM from my eyes

Placement Experience:

Placements rate is obviously not 100% but we do get companies and out of 150 students only 110 actually sit in the placement cycle and out of these about 70 students do get placed in good companies. The companies that visit consist of mondelez, Adani wilmar, zomato hyper pure, haldiram, loykaa, jubilent, baker's dozen, Lt foods,etc. The highest package goes up to 15 lakhs and average package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

The placement here is good. Mostly companies arrive in our college to induct students. At the last skill matters. Last year Microsoft came and gave 60 lakh. Student of civil. So in the end we have to learn to code.

My Journey at NIFTEM

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are done in the final year. In the 7th semester, students have to go for a semester-long industrial training. Some students are offered pre-placement offers, and some sit for the placement process. The highest packages have gone upto 8 LPA-10 LPA, in quality/supply chain/management related roles. More than 10-15 companies visit, and almost all of the students get placed. I personally would like to go for higher studies.

I choose this college because the placement opportunities during my admission time was very good and almost eveyone from college got placed. The second reason was the fees was less then other colleges such as chandigarh , chitkara university.
