Remarks

If you get more than 85 percentile in JEE Or CET you will get CSE or IT branch but EnTC is also similer for now because everyone is coming into IT field. Procedure is very simple they will take you to meet particular branch head for thorough understanding.

Course Curriculum Overview

There will be 8 semesters where one of ther semester will be your internship time. Every semester has 2 exams (insem and endsem). Teachers will guide you with it... They taught us various programming languages which can be helpfull for jobs.

TPO is very friendly and nice person she will guide you to the best for opportunities.. Even the head of placement cell is also helpfull for students who are genuinely trying to get job in one of the best IT companies.

If you are from general you will get to know about EWS Or EBC where student from weaker background can get this benifits of government. Even if you have bhumihin Or alpabhudarak certificate then you can also avail the punjabrao hostel scholarship.

There will be so much fun in college like Days or Techtonics Or Spring festival one of the popular event of college in pune... Even they have DJ nights, carnivals and dandiya nights also. For educational purposes college will take you to the Industrial visits also.

The hostel facility is good they provide you safety and cleaning staff on thrice in week, food quality depends on quantity of students some times it's good sometimes bad. Wardens will show you the room first and then you can have conversation about installments of fees.

Teachers are friendly and overall environment of college is healthy. You get canteen and cafeteria in campus itself. The hostels are clean and maintain hygiene properly. They give you chances for placements in top class companies.

Overall review of my college life in VIT Pune

Placement Experience:

The Training Placement Office Logins are given to us in the third year of the college where alot of companies gives opportunities to apply for the said job role or internship. Approximately 5 to 10 companies visits are there every month which increases as you enter your final year of college.

My experience at VIT pune

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.

The percentage of placements is 80%.

Review of SITS, Narhe.

1) As I wasn't scored good enough in JEE so I couldn't get admission top engineering collges that time. Sinhgad Institute was good option for me because it's renowned institute in Pune and also has good placement record compared to other collges like JSPM, AISSMS etc. 2) Yes I got rejected from many institutes such as VIT, PICT, PCCOE due to low scores in entrance. 3) Admission procedure for college is according to guidelines given by State common entrance test cell.
