Course Curriculum Overview

4

The subject itself is very interesting and requires you to study almost all aspect from physics chemistry biology computer to psychology law. It is a very good subject for civil services examinations. The teaching methods are mostly traditional through notes or presentations however the practical exposure is good enough. The library facilities are also good with mostly books available in either offline or online form. The exams occur 4 times per semester. TA-1 25 marks mid semester exams for 50 marks exams TA-2 25 marks (usually in the form of presentations, projects or assignments) and end semester exams (100 marks). All of these are considered for the final grade of each subject and semester. At the end a SPI score is calculated. End semester exams are externally checked while the other three are internal examinations. The difficulty level ranges from medium to difficult.

1.5

The hostel facilities are limited and are allocated based on your merit in the entrance exams for the first year only. They are expensive and mess food is average. Howveere many Pgs and flats are available for students nearby.

Admission

12th with science in the only eligibility to apply for the entrance exam and your choice of campus depends on your merit rank. Reservations are there as per the admission guidelines. The admission process is efficient and unbiased solely based on your merit in the entrance exam. The difficulty of this exam is also medium to difficult level of questions.

Faculty

4

Average student faculty ratio is 1:45 so there is enough interaction between the students and faculty in every class. The faculty is highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. Especially the senior professors are very good as mentors in all aspects. The teachers are highly approachable for writing papers review or research papers of if you want to solve any doubts they are always available and if busy they always will come back to you. The academics of the college is definitely above average, however the college is strict in its discipline rules and attendance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The student ratio is a bit higher as mostly the females prefer to do forensics sciences. The male ratio is lesser than the female one. In my class, the ratio of males to female is about two ratios eight. The exam is not as hard and it's on a basic level as compared to that of the Jai and its level but as the University has started itself from the beginning, the level is getting harder.
