Things of our College

There are a lot of branches. I preferred my branch because it was a core branch so I can opt for different options. My branch has a lot of connections to the real world like we can't live without electricity in this era and my branch exactly deals with it. It can be much more better if we can visits a lot of sites in order to know about different places. It has 48 papers in this 4yrs and it was a way more difficult to deal.

Our college don't provide any internship, rather we ourselves choose different locations for getting internships. Like I have choose RSP and NALCO in my 2nd and 3rd year. From those companies we need recommendation so that our college can send us to that place

From 7th semester students are eligible for placements. They shouldn't have any back at that time atleast. Adverbb is company that visited with no offers made. Highest package is of 21lakhs per annum and average is of 5lakhs per annum. 80% students got placements. I have got an placement too

Core branches fees are half of other branches like differ by 50%. The complete cost of education is less than 1.5lakhs. As am not a hostellite I don't have to deal with any other fees. Also have got a scholarship of 4k in 1st year it was through odisha portal. Our college almost provide placement to 80% of students.

Our college conducts cultural technical and sports festivals with a lot of events and fun. Almost every kind of engineering books are available in our Library. 50% of our class has projector to demonstrate things very easily. All kinds of indoor and outdoor games are being played in our college as well as other cultural activities like music dance drawing etc clubs are also being conducted. There are more than 10 clubs for both technical and cultural practices

We have to qualify jee mains and score 75% and more in 12th. Application for application fees and dates are all available in the college site itself. Reservation candidates can opt for almost any branch they want. In each 6 months there are 2 exams one is mid semester another is end semester. I think they should consider opting for the branch of choice not the branch opt through ranks

Some of our faculty have completed their Masters from IIT. A few have got single digit gate rank. Sone are NIT passouts. Faculty and students ratio is around 1:50. Faculties are always available to help us. There are some faculties that provide innovative way of learning. Faculties provide one to one interaction almost every month
