Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum is very very well designed. I mean literally its so good that if you cover it properly and study regularly you will surely be a unique person at the time of your graduation. It include all perspective and a good development of student. Theory, Practical's, Projects , Presentation it just make you industry ready if you are a hard working person. It is rigorous and similar to that of top institutes like IITs .They encourage research culture here and there are many seminars ,talks ,projects , events related to it going on while the semester it totally depends upon you how much you are active.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

You can probably find a summer program in university if you really really need to do internship on campus there are tie ups with many foreign university which is a really really good thing for those who want to get global exposure this is a point i really like about Bennett university that is have one of the best collaborations and tie ups with foreign university in private university domain in India. otherwise you can apply for internship yourself at reputed institutes and can take recommendation letter from your respective faculties.

Placement Experience

5

As far as i know campus placements are there in 4 years. There are many companies which come for placements. The highest package i know was 1.2 cr which was from cse a guy was placed at meta so the situation was i believe he was doing project or internship there and while doing that he received pre-placement offer while doing that internship so it was not a proper on campus placement but rather a ppo while internship.

Fees and Financial Aid

Well the fee that is allotted to you for a given batch will remain the same for 4 years but yeah fee structure do change every year and is decided by university management but it wont affect you as you will have to pay the fees you were allotted at the year of your admission .The new fees will be for the upcoming batches but yeah hostel charges may increase and they will have to be paid if increased in upcoming year. If you are doing B.Tech You can complete it in around 22 lac without scholarship, it can be reduced up to 11 lacs with scholarships. Scholarship are given on first cum basis on your exam scores in board , competitive and sports basis. I don't know much about sports thou .but yeah there are marks based scholarships with limited seats.

Campus Life

4.5

There are many fests like some are organized when the new year starts and we welcome our freshers . There is freshers party, blue moon, euphoria, sportikon, ideathon , hackathons and many more The infrastructure is good feel modern. Most of buildings are covered under centralized AC. will find most of books in library it is good but it seems small. and to be honest if you are interest or you have any hobbies, you will surely find a club for yourself like there are more then 22 clubs as far as i know.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

different hostels for girls and boys D-1 TO D-6 girls hostel C-1 TO C12 boys hostel good but dull rooms as they all covered in white paint only and there ceiling is just plain nothing not even a layer of white paint all rooms have AC. washrooms and water coolers on each floor and lift in each hostel mostly triple sharing rooms mess and gym included in hostel feels food ranges from good to below avg but breafast is good and mostly you can expect paneer 3 times a week which is a good thing for gym freaks. you can probably find a pg outside campus in a viscinty of 5 kms there is also a off campus pg called nalanda

Admission

Eligibility for differs with courses like for B.Tech cse you require 70% in 3 subs including physics and math. The application form may start in early march and go up to end of July but its better to fill you application early as there are limited scholarship seats only. And as this is a private university as far as i know they promote equal opportunity culture and do not provide any reservation based benefits as it is unfair to students. There are two main exams. Mid-sem and end-sem which happen each in middle of sem that is after 2 months and end of sem that is after 4 months. Apart from it there are quizzes which might happen weekly depending upon your professor.

Faculty

5

I am from physics department .I faculty is really really great, friendly and is super approachable and they all are educated from reputable institutes from foriegn and they have a notable and good experience in there field whether it is teaching or research .You can just go in there cabin and they will help you with your problem whether it is academic or anything you need help with.

Interview Experience

4

Yeah i had a group discussion with head of department of physics during myu admission hads normal discussion about different areas of physics .Basic questionarre on concepts of physics discussion regarding my interest in physics my research interest it was a good discussionn thou no need to worry about it .

Placement Experience:

1. Students become eligible for placements from around 6th semester. 2. Some companies visited were morgan stanley(girls only mostly, although not specified but they didn't shortlist boys) , juspay, here technologies, salescode ai, scaler, reltio(these are some decent companies which came). Rest all are just startups with very less pay . Some gave 20k in Bangalore or Hyderabad which I think is very less acc to cost of living 3. Highest= juspay (28 lpa). Lowest= 4lpa. Many companies have 4 lpa package 4. Till now around 200-250 students have been placed from 1600. It's september 5 today. Placement season started in january
