Course Curriculum Overview
My course is pretty intense and a very practical, hands-on course. The syllabus is a bit extensive and there are no textbooks, but there are references available in the college library. Exam timings are convenient since they're organised in two shifts
Internships Opportunities
The college placement cell regularly sends internships to the students, along with the qualifications and other necessary details. Some are unpaid, while paid internships start from 5000 per month. The annual placement fair also helps with internships.
Placement Experience
Internships can be availed in the first semester itself. Students can avail job placement offers from the fifth semester. The college has an annual placement fair as well to help students find the perfect fit for them.
Fees and Financial Aid
My own course for first year was under 1 lakh. Besides that hostel charges are there if you stay in the college hostel. There's multiple scholarships as well, given on the website. I've gotten placed into a pretty decent internship through the college placement cell and they are very cooperative and helpful
Campus Life
The annual cultural fest, Cul-Ah, is very exciting and anticipated year round. Besides that there are a number of smaller fests and events organised by the various associations. Both intra and inter college sports meets are organised once a year.
Admission
You need around 80 percent minimum in your boards for most courses. All the application details, forms etc are available on the official website of the college along with the relevant contact details in case of further queries.
Faculty
Faculty is well qualified and very helpful. Lessons are clearly explained, good source material is provided and references too. Teachers are willing to explain again if you're confused or if you miss out on something.
