Course Curriculum Overview
I was a Bachelor of Commerce Student. I chose Computer Applications as the subject. It is well relevant in today's conditions as commerce has excellent opportunities out there. Even we can go abroad for Post Graduation after taking this subject.
Internships Opportunities
Intership was conducted during the last semester of the course. Student's with no arrears could participate in those. Many companies including banks from in and around Kerala were present there for the internships. Many students got job through those. Even the college provided career guidance classes for the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees was supposed to be paid semester vice. Computer Applications fee was 11,000 per semester. College also provided the students with available scholarships. Student's who were eligible could use those. Campus placements were there from different companies. Student's were encouraged to participate in those.
Campus Life
Campus life was okay. Management used to conduct different programs in college but it had it's limitations. College politics was there. Different celebrations like Onam and Christmas was conducted by management with the help of students council.
Admission
There weren't any entrance exams. Admission was solely based on 12th marks. Student's who got admission through allotment was given admission without taking any donations.
Faculty
The faculty members are actually great, even in the unaided section. They always encourage the students to pass the exams with good marks. Model exams were conducted before the semester exams so they could analyse the students who were weak and help them more.
