Average college for graduation, not meant for giving Placements !!

Talking about Btech curriculum, first is restricted for the subjects of every branch and those subjects are common to all the branches. Second year onwards we have studied our core subjects along with communication skills and some technical skills.

Pre covid the college used to take the students to the ISRO centre at lucknow for training and internships. But after covid they stopped doing this so we have done internship from BSNL ALTT Centre Ghaziabad.

Placements are not that good to be very clear. The 2022 batch of our's are the one who has 98% placement record due to covid. After that as everything came to normal placements are also decreased. Most of the students are preparing for GATE or other govt jobs and some are doing jobs in corporate from off campus placement.

Tuiton fee is 89709 INR excluding exam fees which is somewhere around 8000 INR(approx). We opted for hostel in first year which costs around 40000 INR per year. During admission we have to pay caution money of 5000 INR which is refundable.

Talking about festivals... Starting with Mr and Miss Fresher for the First year students, secondly the sport event KALPAVAIG which includes all type of sport events, thirdly the tech fest YANTRAGENE in which students make innovative projects and showcase them to the public of the city, fourthly the annual cultural fest ANUSANDHAN includes all the cultural events and every year we make the event in different themes.

Rooms and toilets are good and clean. Every room has four beds with their four personal almirahs. Talking about the meals, we used to get four times meal all pure veg. Menu is like all the seasonal vegetables and on sunday we used to get paneer and rasgulla. I would suggest to live in PGs after first year, the PGs are easily available infront of the college.

I cleared UPSEE 2018 and I'm a general catagory student got a rank of 16400. I wanted CSE department but I got ECE department through counselling. I'm not aware of the latest procedure but by my latest knowledge all the colleges which are affiliated to state universites are getting students from JEE Mains.

The faculty to student ratio is 360:43. I believe the ratio is fair enough to teach the students. Almost all the teachers are PhD holders and some of them are Mtech holders. Most of the teachers are good, supportive and thoughtful in nature but some are very strict which is very common in every colleges. Almost everyone of them are approachable for any doubt or queries.
