GDC SANJAULI - HPU

The BA programme course is full new concepts and this course has practical application also. In particular the geography subject is really interesting and you are taught how to make Maps and Field Survey along with GIS programs. The exams are conducted on half yearly basis and final exams are conducted in March-April.

As HPU is a State Government University so the fee structure doesn't change very frequently and also the fees are minimal for higher studies. The complete cost of my course for 3 years was around 20 thousand rupees that too including the examination fee, which one has to give for final exams. Scholarship is also available for Sc/St, women ,weaker sections The top performer in every field is also awarded at the end of each year in aan nnual function ceremony.

The college conducts various cultural, educational and many informative fests and meets very often. The library is good and has a good seating capacity, along with every book you may require for your course. The college also has a reading room. The college also encourages students to participate in various sports competitions and extracurricular activities. The college also has a boxing ring. There is also a common room for girls and a women help cell . Along with clubs like eco club, NCC, NSS and many student parties like ABVP, AFI, etc.

The admission is given on the merit basis ie. 12th marks and the merit lists are released by college accordingly. The admission can be taken by visiting the college website which can be found easily by typing GDC Sanjauli on Google . The exam level is moderate and you can pass easily if you revise what ever you Learn in class . The admission process can be made easy by making the concerned teachers available for interaction with students.

The faculty to student ratio is appropriate. Most of the professors are cooperative and experienced and they are easy to approach . Every year the lecturer changes so you will have to adjust. Many events and fests are also conducted time to time.
