Review of SKNCOE college

I have choosen for B.E in computer engineering because i have interest in tech field works. Also, it has good demand so the changes of getting placed is higher. In first years there some common subject which we may not need in future but its still good to learn that to be industry ready. The exams are not too much difficult. 2 exams are conducted by the University, the In- sem exam for 30 marks and end-sem exam dor 70 marks And the minimum passing is of 40 marks from both exams.from second year we will be learning all the computer applications and software along with new languages which will definitely help us to be industry-ready for the real world applications.

many companies like TCS, JIO, and ACCENTURE offer stipends to interns as a means of providing financial support and recognizing their contributions to projects and teams as I am in 1st year only I have not done any project.

After 6th semester, we can be eligible for the campus placement drives Many companies visits like TSC, JIO, ACCENTURE, WIPRO etc. nearly 198 companies visits and 545 offers were made Highest package is around 55lpa Avg package is 4-6lpa 70%students get placed every year I am planning for a job as I have no plans for my masters for now.

The tuition fee is 106000rs/year for 1st year also there are scholarships available from the government which can save upto 50% depending up family income and caste of individuals.Other than that hostel fees with mess is 72k/year. The fees might rise according to the college and i dont think there is policy or regulation for that. The campus is extremely huge and evergreen. Definitely One of the most beautiful campuses in Pune. Interships are available just after finishing 6th sem. Some are stipend and some are just for experience.

Technical festival "Technotsav" usually takes place in September. The library at SKNCOE offers a wide range of books and journals including engineering, sciences and management. Smart boards, internet connectivity and projectors are available in the class. Extracurricular activities include clubs for music, arts, photography, entrepreneurship, and community service, providing students with opportunities for personal growth and skill development.

Room cleaning, wifi, free electricity. Meals are tasty and hygienic, menus are different every day and one sweet is complimentary daily Hostel fees is 72000/yr and we can do registration when we visit for college admissions Locality nearby is good but it's not in a city area.

We have to clear cut off of either jee mains or mht cet, rest all the process is done by the government websites we hist have to select our preference of colleges and course. we dont have to apply direct to the college. Reservation benefits are available and the cutoff and may vary from category to category.

The facilities are very knowledgeable and cooperative. They are ready to help for any kind of problem at anytime. Every week teacher guardian meetings are conducted aso that they can ask about our problems and try to solve them on high priority.
