- The opportunities given at JLU are really too many.. It's a great college to form networks as it organizes various conferences.
- Lots of events are organized every month, and the environment is very exciting
- The campus is very beautiful, and the Infrastructure is very nice
Dislikes
- Faculties of some department are not good, and even after taking feedbacks, the authorities hardly take any action.
- The books in the library contains older edition.
- As per my knowledge, the hostel life is very disturbing.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was okayish, They hardly teach much subjects since they have introduced coursera and workspace billions skill. The curriculum only includes three subjects of your course and the other two are just meaning less.. No choices between questions are given in exam. There is no breaking down of marking schemes as per the faculty.. They just check your paper on any basis
Internships Opportunities
They provide you internships in highly reputed organizations like ogily, mckinsey, mccan and every other reputed company based in metropolitan cities like delhi mumbai pune.. The internship duration varies from 1 month to 3 month which is considered as a seperate subject in the upcoming semesters.
Placement Experience
Students are placed at highly reputed jobs, and organization with good amount of package. It provides placement in organizations like ogilvy, jehan numa, McKinsey which are renowned organizations. They also encourages internship in this type of organisation for which they refer there students to the companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is limited to first year only, because for the next year you have to get a cgpa score of more than 9 or 9.5 which is almost impossible. Apart from that the fees for my course was affordable and anyone can get scholarship there easily even if you have scored 70 percent, then also you can get upto 25 percent of scholarship.
Campus Life
The campus life is amazing. The campus is really beautiful. it organizes events like sunburn, foundation day, and other amazing conferences where you will get to see dj night, popular artist and what not. The campus is fully technologicqlly occupied, the classrooms are equipped with projectors, smart boards, which makes the learning more attractive.
Admission
The admission process was very smooth. There is a personal interview round where the subject expert will take your interview regarding the knowledge of the subject and why you want to do this course.. That's an easy one, for which you don't need to prepare as such.
Faculty
The faculties that i have met during my initial years was amazing, I was genuinely surprised that a private college can provide you with so much of advantages.. But now, the faculties have changed, and the environment of the campus has limited to bookish knowledge only.
Interview Experience
I was asked to give a personal interview only to the subject expert as i secured 100 percent scholarship, so there was no exam happened for me that time ...But now, it has started taking entrance exam whose difficulty level is moderate
