AIEEE, Interest in Electronics.Interest in Aerospace and Satellite Communication.That is why I took Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum is good regarding electronics.It also includes many courses of Electrical Engineering like Control Systems, Electrical Machines and Power Electronics.Subjects concerning basic Computer Engineering knowledge like Data Structures and C are also included.For Final year, professional electives are also very relevant.Only drawback is that latest technologies like 4G are not incorporated in the syllabus.

Internships Opportunities

Almost all software companies (except few) allow ECE students.U can get pre-fianl year internship in amazing software companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Flipkart, Ebay, Snapdeal, and many other leading firms.Core companies included Qualcomm, Airtel, Texas Instruments.

Placement Experience

Around 90% placed.Packages varying from 3.5 lpa to 18 lpa.Mass recruiters like Infosys, IBM and TCS also visit.Number of Software Companies visiting is huge. ECE core companies that visited were Qualcomm, Airtel, Reliance Jio, Hindalco, Eaton, Idea, DRDO, ResearchWire,Tata Power etc.

Fees was genuine till our timeI have no idea about the revised fees.Girls' hostel is very congested.Boys' hostels are good.

Fees and Financial Aid

Various scholarships are available for students if u produce a certificate for family income is less 2 lpa. Never availed one.

Campus Life

Like in any engineering college, gender ratio of boys:girls is about 8:1.Labs are good enough for learning though the equipments are outdated and old.Campus Life is very enjoyable though there are some restrictions for the better of students only owing to situations prevailing in the city Allahabad.Allahabad is not the city you see urself in if you want to enjoy your college life. Night life is zero.Various workshops and events are organised from time to time.In short, u will never be bored.

Every year Alumni meet is conducted.Seniors are all very helpful and stay in touch always.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

College placements are good and average package is around 7 lakhs and highest package which was seen was 40 lakhs on campus and 60 lakhs off campus. Placements are good and reasonable totally dependent on nature and hardwork of students.

KIT College: A Decent option, but not the best.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took admission in this course because of the upcoming oppourtunities in electronics field. The curriculmn is cut short only focuses the important stuuf we need to know. Unecessary subjects like chemistry has been removed. The daily shcedule is very hectic (9-5) we don't get time to study addtional stuff. The teaching methods can be improved though it's still good. As I told earlier about the FA system the exams occur almost every 2 weeks with 9-5 daily college. It becomes very hectic. If you refer to class notes and syllabus then it would not much difficult to score.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

MNNIT- A path to Bright Future

One of the important reasons for choosing this college is because of its unique and brilliant placement records. and also it is one of the best NIT in North. Basically I want a college that is not much distant from my state Haryana and should be good also and this alligns perfectly with my scenarios. Talking about the admission process, first you have to clear JEE Mains with a good rank like for CSE your rank be between 1K to 9K . If you want to take admission in this college irrespective of any branch you rank should be under 30K. But this data is not fixed , it changes every year depending on the difficulty level of JEE Mains. and then apply for the JOSSA councelling and there you can keep this college in your choice an dif your rank is good enough, you will get it. Know about MNNIT Allahabad/ NIT Allahabad

With my jee mains rank which was 5000 and along with ews I had two options to choose from... One was NIT Trichy with ece branch and one was NIT Allahabad or MNNIT Allahabad with cse branch. But I have hard that ECE branch is tough in terms of academic as compared to CSE branch.. and also NIT Allahabad was very much mear to my home state that is Bihar. So I considered NIT Allahabad over NIT Trichy. Package was also I reason that I considered while choosing between these two.
