The MBBS course is byfar very much vast course and one must should have patience and hardworking skills to study and complete the course.But at the end of the course the graduate would have much knowledge to treat the patients and help the society.

Internships Opportunities

At the end of 4.5 years of academic study the college provides 1 year mandatory internship which has stipend around 17000rs every month.In internship the students learn the practical knowledge of the course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fees is Rs80000 per year and it increases by 10% every year for 4.5 years.The hostel fees is separate which is 24000rs per year.After 4.5years mandatory internship is provided with a stipend of 17000rs per month.

The college infrastructure is old but new buildings are under construction and gives pretty average infrastructure.There are various fests that occurs every year like ARMSCON and SWARANG . Various sports activities and fests are also organised by the college.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are both old and new.The conditions of the old hostels are not so good but the new hostels are good.Mess food is also good.The fees of hostel is 24000rs per year.The students may have to live in dorms, double sharing and single rooms.

Admission

The admission in MBBS course occurs through NEET UG examination which occurs every year.It occurs in the first week of May every year.The previous year cutoff for general category was 640marks out of 720.

Faculty

The faculty members are very well versed with the knowledge of their subjects and their teaching method is good.The faculty themselves have been education from top institutions of India and helps us in understanding the subject.

It is a degree that takes a span of time. MBBS has 4 profs first and 2nd prof is comparatively of short duration than 3rd and 4th prof . Your postings will get start from 2nd year and then you can call yourself as a doctor. Final year have all clinical subjects. First prof have anatomy biochemistry and physiology. 2nd year has pathology pharmacology and microbiology and 3rd prof has forensic and community medicine then your internship of 6 months comes

Its mcq based , competitive and more on practical based which is good . They conduct exams 3-4 times a year and subject tests every saturday with alott of department vivas. Patient flow is also good. Infrastructure is also good .

The course is of very long duration 4.5 years but when u will look into the syllabus you will find very less. There are 19 subjects that u need to cover. And some subjects are even more than the complete syllabus of 11th and 12th. The faculty is okay.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I've always wanted to become a doctor. Every batch consists of 150 students and for every subject, there are at least 4-5 professors. All faculty members are of course doctors with varying degrees of specialization in their respective fields. Their teaching method is through PowerPoint slides for theory classes and practical's are held in respective labs as it happens everywhere else usually. As for now, due to COVID exams being postponed otherwise before the pandemic, exams were held on time. Exams in a medical college are always slightly more difficult than other courses otherwise if you study properly it's not that tough to pass.

PGIMS Rohtak as everyone know is one of the oldest medical colleges in India. It is also one of the reputed colleges. It was given an A+ grade. It provides quality education to the students who thought it might be lacking a bit in infrastructure and extracurricular activities.

I applied to all the government medical colleges of Haryana, chose this college because of the high reputation, abundant opd and decades old legacy! It is undisputed that pgims is the best college of haryana , however one can choose newer colleges for better infrastructure. Admission into the college is based on the neet ug counseling, both state and aiq Neet is the only acceptable exam Cutoff varies yearly, however upto 9k air in state quota and 3k in aiq can get you into this college.
