College - The great tutor of Life

I cant say any bad remarks about my college, because it was a great tutor for me. only thing bad about this college is that I MISSED MY college LIFE with a very short span of 3 years.

Placement and opportunities were not that huge. But we all were sent off campus- i was one such Wipro drop out due to my arrears I was sent from my college to MGR college at adayar - was a great day with my friends, enjoyed all the rounds, but my college's name was having a great impression with Wipro. myself and some of my friends were selected.

College strength was very small but the participation level will be way tooooooo high than any other colleges. I have participated in so many cultural activities and sports. Cricket and kabadi were my favorite games, but i didnt stand a chance to participate in those sports in the inter college meet. but i did my best in skit, play, event management, and others.

Fee structure was specially made for people of slum. Since the institution was run by the India Cements Limited, the college's income was not a big thing. So the fee structure was specially under 10k per year when i was studying and i was not sure about now. But the college is the one which allows people to study in a very least cost.

Scholarship was given for people who had secured more than 60% with an amount of 500 per term, and caste wise scholarship was also provided for all. I was not at all eligible for such a scholarship, since i never gained 60 in my college and i was a person from General caste. so i never had to worry about this scholarship and stuff.

The three years that i had spent in the college made me learn my life, people around me taught me what is the society that i' am going to live in, profs in there taught me how to survive. I had gone through a few parties out of which one was mine for which i had been absent for the whole day, eventhough i was made to spend 500 which was a huge amount in my life history. Men and women will be mostly equal i found that there was a great understanding between both of us in order to have the discrimination away. There were no workshops since mine was an arts and science college.

There was no hostel, but there was a canteen - took over by a vendor who did good, at times they were worst at their best - on the whole, when i found they were a bit bad, i started taking lunch from my home. it was though a better idea, we used to create

Seniors, they were really helpful, they first teased us a lot, but later on i started getting some friends from my seniors, using which we all became good friends, we had raised our voices for them and the vice versa, on the whole, we all were in a good understanding, so that we did not allow external people to interrupt us in our relationship.

Man, the professors at my time, they were really awesome. I have never seen such profs. We have had some remarkable people who had left due to some of us who taught us computers, language, mathematics, statistics, never had words to describe about the fac
