- I liked the Campus of my college it has lot of trees and plants making the campus look beautiful.
- The workers are also nice and friendly as well as the security of the campus is also nice. They clean the building everyday.There is seperate hostel for boys and girls.
- The events organized like Shivjayanti, College fests are enjoyable.
Dislikes
- The college canteens are not much good, We have to order outside from the college campus.
- There was constantly changing faculties which disturbed our Academics. As well as no genuine professors taught us.
- The placements from JSPM were not upto the mark.More of training companies were present.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum by the SPPU is designed by well experienced people but the time allocated to each subject and the semester flew very fast because of Covid 19 . The syllabus was well-designed at taught us every aspect of the field we chose step by step.
Internships Opportunities
There are almost no internship opportunities provided to us. If you want to do any internship just you have to search on your own. We had to do a cloud internship which we had to pay for to get a Microsoft-certified certificate.
Placement Experience
Till last year the placements were good but this year the percentage dropped so much. I did not get the placement. Various companies refused to come to our college. Yash Technologies, Coditas, Numetry. The percentage of placed students is low.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee each year is about One lakh rupees but We get a Scholarship from the Government of about 50% and because of that there was a relief. The hostel fee of every year is 35000. Hostel has all the facilities.
Campus Life
Shivjanyanti , Ganesh Festival, College days like traditional day, mismatch day, formal days are celebrated here. There is a huge library but the books in the library are of no use they are too old. The computers provided are also old,the Wifi is too worst in my college.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel does not provide a mess facility. It is separate. At the time of admission, you should book your seat in the hostel. The rooms are cleaned every day and 3 girls have to live in a single room. The room has a separate toilet and bathroom.
Admission
The Maharashtra Common Entrance test is a must to take and to enter a college in Maharashtra. The application form has to be filled out online by the official site provided by the Cet cell. The exam is conducted only once in a year. The admission process is lengthy and tedious.
Faculty
There were only a few teachers who were interested in the Student's area of interest. There were constantly changing faculties as well as the faculty whose area of specialization was different and teaching was in different subject. But some important Subjects like M3 and the Theory of Computation had Excellent teachers.
