Course Curriculum Overview

As we all know the course that is followed by CSVTU is Outdated in CS we study many things that are outdated and nothing for use rather than getting information about the latest technologies and coding languages

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 19890 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There's no hostel facility in the college till now and the course fee is 19890 rs yearly. We get scholarship for OBC category that is equal to college fee we didn't get any extra benefits. Overall it's a government college so its affordable.

Campus Life

We had a very big campus we have total four blocks in total and 2 ground now hostel is also under construction for the people who leave at a distance. It's benefits for them specially for ST/SC students There are many clubs in the college like code for community and we have such a nice auditorium

Admission

Here you can take admission through the Government exam that is CGPET after getting ranked you are eligible for the particular branch which you want to opt for. After examinations, there's a choice filling for you to choose the college you want. And after you get confirmation from the college there's the verification process. After 1st year you can change your branch on a merit basis, first, I opted for Electronics & Telecommunications later i changed it to CS.

All faculties are gate qualified and many are P.HD SCHOLAR'S. There's no permanent faculty for Computer Science Branch. Many teachers are supportive for the outside courses and internship opportunities

The placement in our college is good as it provide an average package of Around 9-10 LPA(Lakh Per Annuam) but it is for higher branch ,our branch student does not that much placement . Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placement but you can do internship in many big companies and firm from 3rd year itself, there are lots of opportunities in our college for intership and job for students . There are lots of companies come to our college like Aditya Birla group, Wipro, tcs , google, microsoft, meta , tesla and other core companies department based only for that branch student . Approx every student get placed whomsoever i know in my senior but it's percentage is 85% because lots of them go for further higher studies to other universities or to abroad to study more . My plan is to become an software engineer after completion of my degree to earn money from the community

My Daily Life At NIT Raipur

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college is pretty nice , the highest package offered in the year 2024 was 57 LPA or 58 LPA Something , Which is significant Big in india. And our Median Package Lies in 9 or 10 LPA. Student become eligible in 3 year for placemnet , Many companies has visited us in the past like Google , Microsoft , Phonepy Etc. The placement percentage is very nice around 80% + but in our branch Placemnet is very low it is around 30 % which is very low as the standard of NIT. Many student goes to forien for highly Studies. College Experience of NIT RAIPUR

Placement Experience:

the placement of our college is good as compared to prvate college it provide average package of around 11.1 LPA .and the highest package of our college in year 2024 was around 56 LPA or 57 LPA . but the placement in lower branch like us or biomedical engineering or civil engineering ,they have very less percententage placement around 20-30 % in the class and average package of around 7 LPA , so it is not too good for lower branch . students can become placement in the 5th semester . many companies visits us many are the very big companies like microsoft , amazon , google , tcs , hp petroleum. i will prepare for GATE exam as i have my aim of studying in the IITs , iam planning for Mtech in IITs after that if i didn't got placed , i will prepare for SSC CGL exam or UPSC exam for IAS . but mainly focus on GATE CSE.

My Life At NIT Raipur

Placement Experience:

There are Good Placements of Our Colleges and Companies like Amazon , Boat , TVS , HP Petroleum Came For Shorting the students. but , i Will Talk about My Course in Biotech There's Only 4 Students Got Placed. That too In Data Analysis. Means No Placement in Biotech Field. We Have to move for Higher Studies for getting Placed. I will try to give SSC CGL as i want to become an Govt. offficer. The highest Package of The College is 59LPA(Year 2024)

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible to appear for campus placements which starts towards the end of their 7th semester. Companies that visited for Civil Engineering: L&T, Adani, Stratview Research, PlanetSpark and several local firms. The highest packages were offered by Adani (approx 7 LPA) and L&T (6-7 LPA). Around 5-7 students received placement offers from the mentioned companies. I had applied to colleges under Indraprastha University via my JEE score and to colleges under the chhattisgarh board using my 12th board marks.
