Likes

The good has good infrastructure and it is neat and well maintained
They encourage in curricular and non-curricular activities
The college has many student chapter and also clubs that help in improving technical skills by conducting workshops and hackathon regularly

Dislikes

The canteen food can be improved and to make it affordable
The infrastructure is to be improved like providing ACs in the classroom not only in the labs especially in summers

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is well-planned and the syllabus is such that it is helpful for real-life problems. I have an interest in this course so that I took it and further there is no need for improvements in the curriculum as it is good for a student to gain knowledge. The exams are a little bit faster and the difficulty level is based on the subjects.

Placement Experience

The placements in college are very good. Every year many companies visit the college and take a number of students based on their skills. The highest package is 50 lakhs and the average package is 10 lakhs. If there is no campus placement then the students can try off campus and then they may get the jobs. After getting the degree I am interested in doing an MS in another country.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is high and it is increasing every year. The scholarship section is good and they will respond fast and Telangana government provides fee reimbursement for the students who are eligible and there are many schemes so that the students can study. The campus also provides employment opportunities for the students.

Campus Life

My campus life is very good, the college atmosphere is pleasant. I like my college and friends. If any books are needed we can take them from the library as there are many books available. we can also participate in sports, every year there is a sports fest conducted by a college so that interested people can participate. There are many clubs and I like them and they are helpful in developing their personality.

Admission

One who writes an eamcet/epacet exam or jee mains exam can take up the course based on the ranks. The Addmission process is good and the waiting time is a disadvantage in the admission process. The cutoff is also good

The faculty members of the college are very well trained and most of members completed their PHDs .The faculty is well experienced since they are working from many years .They provide guidance for every student.some of them also have doctorates .we can interact with faculty often and they quickly respond.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Detailed review of VNR VJIET

I did chose this college because it is highest rated EAMCET college in Telangana. Vnr when compared to others is far better in curriculum and placements.the addmission process starts atound Feb of every year. There is also management quota . The only other college applied is cbit . I did not get the seat for my rank . The admission process is of three ways. One sis EAMCET exam and the other is jee mains percentile ( b cat) and the last one is nri quota also called as management quota.
