Infrastructure of my college is good. You have a good classroom area, a spacious campus. Here you can get opportunities to many openings
Faculty members are supportive. Even they are very helpful and will properly guide you in each and every step.

Dislikes

Sometimes it was about the backlog exams and result. Student gets frustrated by giving exams
Sometimes it was about college security because they won’t provide as much security you want

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was highly recommended in todays competition. The teaching method of faculty is good because some of faculty members won't give you examples but some of faculty members will provide you a real life example based on their interest and it will helpful for students for their better understanding

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 115000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college itself offers an internship in vacations. They have so company tie up for internship programs. One can easily increase their knowledge by taking part in internships. I have done 2 internships from college. First one is of Java Web development and second one is of MERN stack development. Both internships were performed by industry experts.

Placement Experience

The college campus placement is overall good. There were so many campuses like TCS, TSS, Hexaware, recruitCRM and so many campuses. They offer you average package of 3.5 LPA which is good as a fresher and one can easily get the job according to their skills

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for students who are of the category is 60-40 for OBC and 80-20 for SC/ST/NT students. One can get government scholarships as well and college will provide you with the required documents to acquire the scholarships

Campus Life

There are so many events and functions organized by clubs. There were so many clubs in college. Also there were so many tech events and the college also organize freshers party, farewell party and so. One can have fun in days. A whole week is utilized in celebrating days such as Bollywood day, Traditional Day, mismatch day and so.

Admission

The admission process in this college is hectic. At first, you have to pay then you have to show it to fees department then they will give you a receipt. One can pay 25-25percent fee every month or 50-50 percent in between 3 months. And after paying fees you can get the admission form which will be submitted to alloted faculty members

Faculty

The faculty members are highly qualified. Everyone has hands-on in their specification. Each and every faculty is highly intelligent and they are very helpful. Sometimes They act as strict but deep inside that was only for our care. Each and every faculty is supportive of each department. They always treat you as their own child.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. I have applied to lot of colleges like K.K wagh institute of technology, COEP but due to some circumstances I have taken admission in this college because this college is near by my hometown .
