There is no Bad remarks about management in my four year study but got lot help in finance for my last year Project work in their workshop even they hanged nameplate of my project group on Machine where we done our Project work.Still it is there.
Entrance Preview
I got admission by 60% marks GSEB(Gujarat educational board) and other by GUJCET exam governed by Gujarat state now They are providing admission on 60% state exam marks and other 40% iit jee main score they are also reserved seat for CBSE students i got admission in 2009 with 92% merit and merit no.1121 but now merit is even high.
Internships Opportunities
For internship there are lot companies providing internship/project work in their plants on the name of GCET Because Gcet has high respect in industries for their placed students hard work in their departments in bachelor degree there is no stipend offered but in post graduate Government providing stipend of 8000/- RS per month for GATE passout students.
Placement Experience
IN 2013,Their are more than 75% students in mechanical department are placed in companies like L&T(around 8),Reliance(6),TBEA(4),Torrent Power(2),Alstom(2) etc other student had preferred post graduation and business at that time mechanical intake was 60.After that still there placements are increasing Becuase of their old students performance in industries.
College Events
About technical events-there are 2 major events apart from thatlot National and international seminars are organised slso ISTE chapter events are organised for culturalthere is YUVAFEST, garaba sandhya,dance and drama, painting exhibition and lot more you can check on this page all this year events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
At mine time college fee was 75000 per annum now It is around 1 lac per annum for engineering in GUJARAT state it is feasible fees for college like GCET.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't know about loan facilities but for SC/ST there is scholarship provide by government to university students and college providing scholarship for outstanding academics performance in university exams.
Campus Life
This question reminds my campus life.I have participated in many drama and ISTE chapter discussions once I also participated in ROBOT event of four day workshop GCET specially have mechatronics Department for robotic studies there are lot inter-college and inter-university sports events in Tennis,Cricket,Football,Volleyball,Chess and lot more sports.
Hostel Facilities
In case of hostel at that time Hostel facilities are not quite good there is room share between 3 students but Now New Hostels are constructed and they are well facilitated there AC and NON AC rooms available with better price for Food,Hostel has good foo
Alumni/Alumna
GCET has its all value for it's placed students performance in different industries which gradually increasing year by year my seniors are well placed in managers post most of them now college maintain their relationship with pass-out students even after study completion.
Exam Structure
There are Three exams 1.Internal 30 marks 2.Remedial exam who failed in internal3.university exam 70 marks apart from that 100 marks practocal exam1.50 marks vivo 2.50 marks lab performance .

GCET college has faculty in all subject with 8-10 year minimum experience in Mechanical I got chance to learn from best thermal engineering faculty GCET mechanical department have most talented faculties in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING field 3 of them are pass
