Entrance Preview

We have to just pass out 12th in science and able to qualify for college merit list to enter in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Subjects are similar to all Gujarat University's course. Apart from that each subject has been taught by experienced faculty who has power to sink you in the subject.

Internships Opportunities

TCS, L&T, Torrent Power, Wipro etc came and I qualified for torrent power substation project which helps me in my career and it was the experience that I still used in my power career.

Placement Experience

Again all above mentioned reputed companies came for job placements and many of ours used to choose our career with them. Frankly speaking around 30 from 60 in my batch were selected and their average payscale was 3.5/ annun.

College Events

Welcome party and farewell party, apart from that many cultural festivals like holi, navratri are being celebrated in this institute which makes environment full of enjoy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Some students feels that it was bit expensive like 40000 rs per annum, however it was economic as many private college fees was fixed at same fees but this institution was giving more facilities compared to others.

Fees and Financial Aid

One time i was provided education loan for college fees from canara bank which was assicuated with this institute and after availing job I suceed to repayment it fully.

Campus Life

As there was 70:30 male to female ratio, but females also takes part in each and every extra curriculum activity. Sometimes go outings and shoppings with friends. Less gender tolerances makes environment fera free.

Hostel Facilities

Hoverer food was feasible and savoury and more cheap compared to market rate. We all enjoyed that food and whenever get time never forgot to appreciate that. Most enjoyed those days how can one forgot ?

Alumni/Alumna

I must say that only our batch was the first, so there were no seniors around us so it was anxiety and round of joy as no body there for ragging. I must say that without senior nobody can learns well.

Exam Structure

University exams are being held by Gujarat University. Apart from that two exams with in one semester of each subject are responsibility of college for making student brighter by knowing his subject weakness.

Life at LDCE: A Student's Perspective

As we all know , college learning is not only about textbooks, and real world knowledge is equally important. in this area, the college supports student well by giving exposure to practical learning . the course includes industry related topics, and teachers also try to explain how concepts are used in real life. the curriculum is helpful, but adding more modern tools, software and hands on projects would make it even better. balanced with learning and challenges

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.

My Life at D.D.I.T

Placement Experience:

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.

It's complicated to think a title

In my city there are only 3 good colleges 1st gsfc 2nd navrachna and 3rd kpgu ( formly known as bits) in my city there is a good govt clg name ms University but I won't got cus police are normal to go even students uses swords and brings Guna over there so I won't recommend but that clg degree is precious and I didn't got admission in navrachna and gsfc as my rank wasn't enough for their clg around 100-150 rank I got less for that clg but I got in kpgu and I am happy...Read More

Review of My College

When I passed the 12th standard in Gujarati medium and was given Gujcet exam which is an entrance exam in Gujarat after the result came I filled out the form for acpc which is a form for admission in Gujarat. after registration acpc committee gave us a rank according to our 12th standard result and Gujcet exam and then we need to go to a nearby acpc centre for verification and then they gave us a book in which there were college names and their courses and last year's cutoff etc. after some time we need to fill the college name and field like computer science and engineering mechanical engineering etc. according to our choices and according to our rank which was given by acpc. according to cut off we get admission to college. acpc give us 2 round for colleges when we get admission to college in the first round we dont need to fill in 2nd round. after 2 rounds there is a reservation in some colleges in the admission process there are no reservations after giving extra money...Read More
