LNCT, a career maker

The curriculum is provided by RGPV University, under which our college comes. Curriculum is well structured for students of respective branches and is helpful for their career. It doesn't include unnecessary things which are not meant for their branches. The only con of the course curriculum is that it is sometimes too lengthy for covering it in one semester.

Internships are also available for students. There are huge opportunities for students who actually want to do internships. There is good amount of paid internships also available in the college. Faculties timely information about them.

Campus placement is great here. It is better than any other private college in central India. Placement ranges from 3 lac per annum to 20 lac per annum approximately. Students who have good skills get good packages here. Students become eligible to sit for campus placement from 6th semester. Companies visit campus in large numbers. More than 50% of students get placed every year.

Fees of my college for Btech is approximately 60000 per semester. This is same for all 8 semesters. College doesn't charge other unnecessary fees for other facilities. All type of scholarships are available for students based on merit and their category. Scholarships like NSP, MPTAAS, etc. Girls have several other scholarships for them. There are no campus employment available.

Infrastructure is not that great. Campus Life here is good. There are various clubs, and groups which students can join according to their interest. There is also great opportunity for students who want to play sports, they can play at good level. Social groups are also great like orators club, dance club, etc.

Currently college has 5 hostels, 2 for girls and 3 for boys. Rooms in hostels are good. All hostels have Wi-Fi facility and rooms have bed, cupboard, table, chair, fan and AC is optional. Rooms are decent. Mess is also good and they provide decent food. Schedule for mess food is on weekly basis. Food quality is good and variety of food is provided.

The admission process for Btech students is simple. It is done through MP DTE counceling. Students who have appeared for JEE Mains can apply for counseling and can get admission if they are able to clear the respective cutoffs for different branches. I was able to get admission in CSE-AIML branch through OBC quota at 76 percentile, which is considerably fair.

Faculty members are great and well qualified. They try to ensure that each and every student understands what is being taught. They are cooperative and try to teach everything in the class. They try to cover whole syllabus which is very helpful for the students.
