Course Curriculum Overview
The classes and curriculum are ok. They meet the required guidelines. The practical to theory ratio is also good as we get equal practical and theory classes. Along with posting in various governmental and private hospitals. The faculty find the hospital for internship. The posting or intership is about a month long in each semester and a 6 month internship or posting after sixth semester is completed.
Internships Opportunities
The university provides internship in the third semester in Bsc mlt and then in each for a month posting. And after the end semester examination of sixth semester they provide a six month internship at governmental and private hospitals.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for a semester is Rs. 20,000 and scholarship is given on the basis of marks obtained in 12th standard. The same applies to all the other departments. The semester fee increases every academic year.
Campus Life
There are no clubs in my university. The students started a few such as dance club and gaming club but they got shut down for some reason. The university hosts annual sports day and fest every Feb or March. Campus Life is just fine but it's more like attending school than a university.
Admission
At my time the addmission was direct without any entrance exam. All we had to do was fill an online form for registration and pay the registration fee. But now they have started to take entrance exam for various departments. But still some department still have the option of direct addmission.
Faculty
In each department there are like 7-9 faculty for the whole department. Most of the faculty are just graduated students with little to no prior teaching experience. Yet they are very friendly and knowledgeable in their respective fields.
