Course Curriculum Overview
I've a family of advocates and I chose DAV because I qualified the CUET examination, overall the studies are good in my opinion and exams can sometimes be difficult to clear because law is a very dynamic field and one has to be up to the mark for attainment of knowledge
Fees and Financial Aid
There are no placement opportunities as of now, but some students like me do internships as per the rules and regulations of Bar Council of India and we get our salary/stipends etc. according to our skill.
Campus Life
I already mentioned that DAV sometimes lacks infrastructure wise but in the last few years it has changed a lot, law department has a seperate library and only law students can access it as per the BCI rules.
Admission
I got 6.9 CGPA from A central university after that I'd to qualify CUET and I scored around 230/300 and then there was a merit list process that we had to clear. And if there are any vacant seats left then the college issues other merit list.
Faculty
DAV Dehradun is affiliated to HNBGU it's a central government institution, so all the teachers are PhDs and other staff is also well qualified. The department provides the best legal education possible.
