Likes

The faculty is very helpful and also very educated along with our studies they guide us how to become successfull also the campus is way too cleaned surroundings have a lot and lot of trees around it

Dislikes

The thins that I didnt like is the political part the rally and all it disturbs the student many a times no exam were conducted due to this votings and all student roam in college with the name of their so called leaders

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is that I want to become a IAD officer and for which it is the best course for me This curriculum prepares me tough to fight the outside battle I didnt think so anything need to improve in this course The frequency and timing of exam are good

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise Fees I have payed is around 3000 for my external exam and around 250 for my internal, registraion fees is around 300rupees,no lab fees Same fees for sc/st/obc There are many scholarship for student sports kota also NCC also

Campus Life

We have our annual meet in which we take parts also we have NCC parade aling with sports tournaments and dance competitions Our college have wast variety of sports wither its cricket,judo,basketball No clubs.and student groups are there

Admission

I chose DAV college because it is one of the recoginsed college in our area and also a goverment college We get admission through merit and a merit list is prepared decided by our 12th percentage for which you have to clear CUET now

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is around there are 1000 students to iver which there are around 50 faculty for them I like the most my history teacher she is my idol the way she teaches and wave the path for us and the faculty I didnt like is of english rude arrogant Exams are not so tough around 9 out of 10 students easily gets passed and is relevant to course curriculum

Night Life

We dont have any gym in the college but we do have the cafeterias and library which are way too bog like neat and cleaned My favourite hangout place was canteen along with out group chit chat in the morning

Placement Experience:

Placement for some course like btech , bba etc placement are quietly good but for other it's not as some get and some doesn't for our course which I m pursuing there is no placements at all which is disappointed after completing during 3 yet student are eligible for the placement lowest package is 3.5Lpa to 7 lpa and highest in 15 lpa to 20 lpa just my plans after the degree is to get a job for my financial needs and for experience also and with that study for ma english .

Remarks:

When It comes to talking about the entire college I would say that The language department is the most active here. Also Placement drives are only held in the department of languages and not in any other departments which is quite unfair according to me. Management here is good.

Oerfect college

I didn't apply to another college I just want to be a part of DAV College because of the structure as a middle class family was good second and thought about MKP but the environment was to unhealthy as compared to DAV. I didn't get any rejection from any colleges because I get good marks in 12th but I want to be a part of DAV so so I choose DAV. The admission admission process was simple but you first you have to clear cut exam and 12th exam board with good marks now you have to go to the campus main office so you can get the exam form and online you can also apply there will be some cut off and if you are general you have to be get good marks because SC ST OBC will get reservation also...Read More
