there is less placement in Bsc but the placement at IT and CSE is very high , in biotechnology they havent even suggested me any internship , we all have to do itself. most of the person afer the course works in college itself as a asistent and they always look for jobs

Fees and Financial Aid

tuition fee increseas per semester and they have its own scholarship they give at the time of the admission and if u fails or detained in any subject in any semester then it will become invalid and u have to pay the actual fee structure which they do by failing students in online one courses , later they want every next semester fee before the final exam of previous semester , if u will not pay they charges extra like in the 4th semester i paid late of course my parents were not able to pay the next semester fee this much early so they chages me 2600 extra ... it vary date to date some of my friends paid 4000 too.

The fact that you are able to decide your major is important if you wish to pursue research in a particular field of one of the sciences (physics, chemistry or biology), or mathematics, but if you are interested in interdisciplinary research, no major system of mohali is better.

Faculty: Teacher are highly efficient, all of them are from a great background. But teaching quality is something which varies from person to person. The course curriculum is very good but the semester time period is less so kind of little difficult and more semester stress. Placements: People find it on their own, and they go for Higher Studies like PhD and Post Doc etc. Infrastructure: Co-ed Hostel with full Wi-Fi support and for the first 2 years two students live together in single room and from 3rd year onwards they get separate single room. Mess system available, 3 mess you can eat in any of them on pay and eat basis. Health center is there, all the sports facilites and gym is also there.

Remarks:

No doubt IHM Bathinda is one the best college in terms of hotel management and also of the province of Punjab. One should be fortunate enough if he/she gets in here and get the preferred choice, rest all of us are polished by the college itself. Our college management is too strict about following the rules but ultimately it is good for the students. Faculty and environment you are getting in the college are also good for studies creating competitiveness among students.
