Likes

The faculty members is more towards the practical knowledge instead of theoretical.
College is also having smart classrooms,Library,Computer lab college also provides industrial visit also with 5 Days class (Mon-Fri)
All books are available in libraries which is required for study.

Dislikes

Need more upgradation in learn new skill like sports, music, dance etc
There is need of basic Library in hostel for night study for students.
College should provide emergency medical facilities and ambulance.

Course Curriculum Overview

Due to my interest in this field and college performance I choose this course. Here all curriculum were well organised timely. Not more improvement needed but need more work on practical knowledge. College conduct short exam in every 2 months , sessional and semester exams were conducted.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 117000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees around ?120000 and ?20000 registration fees for first year. Tution fees may vary every new year. College provide scholarship for eligible student every year. We have conducted many small programms in college and done many seminars and workshops and get awarded.

Campus Life

College conduct many functions like sports fest, fresher and farewell party along with lots of cultural programmes. Fastivals like holi, diwali, and many were celebrated. Classrooms were full of facilities and have AC. Every year sports fest and many inter and intra college sports competition were held. Social media pages and groups, vlogs were run by some students.

Hostel Facilities

All basic facilities were well provided in hostel rooms. AC and non AC- rooms are available. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner meal were provided in mess. Food quality is average, and proper hygiene maintained in mess.

Hostel Fee: INR 91000 per year

Admission

Admission is directly or through counseling JEE exam conducted by NTA. Further admission process is Done by college, application form can be found from registration desk of college. NTA conduct 2 times JEE mains and 1 time JEE advance in each year. No such improvement required in admission process.

Faculty

College provide 6-8 teachers for 60 students. College provide outstanding learning experience. College having highly qualified and experienced faculties, they are very humble and helpful towards students, students can easily interact with teachers and solve doubts easily.

Placements in my college is good , and tries to place the students as much as possible, the heighest package of my college is 49 lacks per annum. And average package is 6 lacks per annum. Name of the compnies visited- Accenture, Tcs, Delloite etc.

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (4th year). Few companies visit VBSPU for placements, and most are mass recruiters offering IT support and sales-related roles. Since placement opportunities are limited, only a small percentage of students secure on-campus jobs. Average Package: ~ 3-3.5 LPA Many students rely on off-campus placements through LinkedIn, referral hiring, or applying directly to companies. RECM - Underrated but a great future ahead.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to appear for placement from seventh semester. In Civil Engg Dept 40 students enrolled for campus placement and 28 students were offered jobs till the final semester. L&T Infra, Tata Steel, Prism Cement, ACC Cement are some of the prime recruiters. Highest package offered was 7.5 lpa , lowest 4.2 lpa and median was 5.5 lpa. Profiles offered were Project Associate ,BIM Engineer, Site Supervisor, Area Head (Sales). 70% of students got placed in the first batch of this college from civil engg dept. Currently I am serving as Junior Engineer at DFCCIL (Railways).

The college is having a unique department name as CCPD which is working for or all the students for their jobs and placements. this department of our college also provides opportunities for internships and Guides the student for their right choice.
