The research work and internships that vnr offers are very good. There is good chance of getting an internship in third year of college and that too paid. The research work done is alse quite impressive.

The college offers good campus placements. In fact VNR has one of the best placements in Hyderabad. Students of all branches are given placement opportunities in both core and IT domain. Overall there is a night chance to get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The base tuition fee of the college is 1,35,000 rupees per year. But there are many scholarships available for the students . Reserved candidates, economically backward classes and merit students can qvail scholarships.

Campus Life

The college also has many different cultural activities. It has different cultural clubs in which students can join and participate in interesting events. The infrastructure is top notch. High end computers and lab equipment.

Admission

There are different modes to get into college. The main one is through TS EAMCET. For an OC candidate a rank below 15k to 20k os required to get a good branch. One can also get in through JEE MAINS under CAT B. Minimum of 90 percentile is required to get a good branch.

Faculty

The teaching staff and lab technicians are very well qualified and trained. All the faculty members are either doctorate holders or pursuing Doctorates. They are all friendly and well approacjable by the students.

A Helpful internship Experience with gaining real world skills

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Detailed review of VNR VJIET

I did chose this college because it is highest rated EAMCET college in Telangana. Vnr when compared to others is far better in curriculum and placements.the addmission process starts atound Feb of every year. There is also management quota . The only other college applied is cbit . I did not get the seat for my rank . The admission process is of three ways. One sis EAMCET exam and the other is jee mains percentile ( b cat) and the last one is nri quota also called as management quota.
